Terrible service just to get an Inspection We waited two hours just for an inspection and one tire at 8:15 am. They would not let us make an appointment. They said after that it could take anot We waited two hours just for an inspection and one tire at 8:15 am. They would not let us make an appointment. They said after that it could take another two hours to do an alignment. So we left without the alignment. They did not keep us up to date on what was taking so long. We waited and waited. Then we wanted to pay and leave and the only one that could do us was on the phone and we waited and waited and waited and listened to him on the phone. Can you believe only one person could take our money? First and last time at this Dealer. Unless you have a lot of time, don't go. More
Won't stand behind vehicle with paint issues. I have a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze that I purchased 1 year ago at the Independence dealership. I was in a small fender bender and took my car to the collis I have a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze that I purchased 1 year ago at the Independence dealership. I was in a small fender bender and took my car to the collision center for an estimate because I figured I would get better service from the dealership where I bought it. I also took the car to another Chevrolet dealership to get a second estimate. At the second dealership I pointed out 2 places on the hood that the clear coat was peeling in areas that were not involved in the accident that I was concerned about and was told that the hood had been repainted and I should take it back to the dealer I bought it from and they should take care of it. I was asked if it was disclosed to me that it had been repainted and I told them no. I then took my car back to the collision center so they could look at the peeling paint and was told by them that it had been repainted and my estimator Jason Fowler told me he was going to "go to bat" for me and try to get the paint taken care of because it shouldn't be doing this on a 1 year old car. I had already had issues with the collision center for not returning calls when I tried to schedule the repair and after placing several calls to see what was going to be done about the paint and not getting any return call I called the second dealer and scheduled the repair with them and they are going to take care of the paint for me. All in all I placed over 6 calls to the collision center and did not receive a return call. Over two weeks after I took it to them to "go to bat" for me I finally received a call from the collision center telling me they would not cover the paint. I am very disappointed in this dealership and would not recommend that anyone expect anything from the collision center as far as service. I hope their mechanical service department is a lot better that their collision center. More
Ruined my truck I purchased this truch at cable dahmer in 2007. It is a 3/4 ton diesel silverado. A very expensive truck. These did not come with a sunroof so I paid cable dahmer an extra $2800 to install the sunroof. Several years later, when the sunroof started leaking I took the truck to cable dahmer to fix it. I told them it was leaking badly so not to leave the truck outside if they were going to keep it overnight. They laughed and said it will be done today. They ended up having the truck for 3 days. The second night they had it there was a torrential downpour. The whole area got 3+ inches of rain. When I picked up my truck I ran some errands. About 4 hours later I was in a parking lot and realized as I was getting out the door there was a huge amount of water coming out of the door and the floor panel. I tool a video as evidence. This was a day and a half after the heavy rain. when I called cable dahmer they had me bring it in and said they couldn't see anything wrong so .... basically get lost. I am not sure how much rust damage will result of this drenching the truck took for a day and a half. I will never take my truck back to this dealership. More

I had taken my truck in for a full detailing (Which was well done) I noticed while picking up the truck a small dent on the front fender. When I made the inquiry with the service manager Josh Bird, he understood my position and made it right. It was in the body shop for a couple days where I was provided a rental. When completed the truck looked just like the factory finish. Thanks Josh for all the help! More
