We had narrowed things down to a new Tahoe, Silver with Ebony interior and with rear bucket seats. It turned out that they had a 2013 in stock or we could order a 2014. Jeff listened carefully and we had a short negotiation without any pressure tactics. It was just like talking to your neighbor. Mom got everything on her list and we are delighted with our new 2013. My demands are high, that is a fact. However; I was also willing to wait and checked in to see progress on my vehicle search, he never tried to sell me something I did not like. It took him about two weeks and he found me the vehicle I truly wanted... with lower miles, better interior and in my price range.
