I had already Internet shopped, knew what price I was willing to pay and looked over the car, at the Dealer website. Emailed Frank to make appointment, went in with my friend and he had my car ready. we took it out for a test drive; on the way back to Dealership, I owned it!! Fell in love with the car. Frank took care of all the paperwork, got my warranty, Sirius and OnStar setup. Frank made sure I know what all the buttons, knobs and how things worked, he even went as far as setting everything to my standards, before pickup!! It was an effortless deal! Frank is a gentleman and extremely nice guy; he later found out I had NOT driven in 2 years!! Due to a near fatal wreck that forever changed my life. I was a Victim in the wreck and took full blunt force in the passenger door of a driver going 47 in a 35. Spent 6 months getting home and the rest of the year with doctors and procedures. I told him this at his desk and he said that I was a good driver, well I didn't want to wreck the car, and was proud of my courage. I DID it , no longer a Victim; a Driver! Thanks to Frank for all of his understanding and making my purchase smooth and I got what I wanted!! I must say ; this is not the First time buying a car; I was afraid I would have to spend the whole day...NOT here, .In and Out!! Go see Frank and Cable-Dahmer!! More

Car Exchange I bought a 2007 Pontiac G6 GT hardtop convertible from Cable Dahmer Chevorlet of Independence March of 2013 from Joel. Less than a year later and less I bought a 2007 Pontiac G6 GT hardtop convertible from Cable Dahmer Chevorlet of Independence March of 2013 from Joel. Less than a year later and less than 10,000 miles the transmission went out in it and I had no warranty from the first bank loan backing out I was financed through a different bank but they wouldn't finance the warranty. I was devistated when the transmission went out knowing I didn't have a warranty but thankfully Troy was just as concerned as I was and did everything he could to put his place in my shoes and cut me a good deal, he gave me the option to buy the vehicle back or trade it and trading it in for something else became the best option for me. I ended up driving away in a 2010 ford taurus with a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty even though I had to have a little money down and higher car payments I feel like I got into a better car. Fred and Clayton in the finance department were really helpful as well. I had the car brought back in for the damage repair that was on there previously to buying the car and Kim and Dwana were prompt on taking care of me and getting me into a loaner car last minute. I feel like everyone tried going above and beyond for me which I appreciated. More

Travis Adams I decided to buy a Chevy avalanche on a spur of the moment and found one I really liked and called and talked with Lauren. She helped me put everything together and was honestly the main reason I went ahead and bought the truck. She was playing mediator between me and David and she deserves allot of credit, I'm in sales myself and hate pushy people and not one time did I ever feel like it was not my decision. David and I worked out a deal over the phone sight unseen on both my trade in and his truck and they made it work for what I was willing to do and I drove 4.5 hours to the dealership and they had everything ready. I was in and out in 2 hours I connected right away with David Jr and David senior. There was a small issue with the TPS sensors and they were willing to fix it but I had to leave so David told me just get it fixed and send him the bill. I would definitely be a repeat customer between those 3 people it was one of the best experiences in a car dealership I have ever had! Again never any pressure plus Lauren will conteniue to make sure you are happy even after the sale!!!!! More
