That was the case with our recent purchase of a 2015 Corvette. Our Sales Rep. Brennan sets the bar for other sales reps to reach. He's professional, ethical, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and one of the warmest sales reps we've ever encountered. He together with his supervisors, Darren and Grant, and Mike in finance make one "Fantastic" team. Each and everyone of them made every effort to provide the best possible car buying experience possible. And lest someone think this is just pouring it on thick for the fun of it, I would like to mention that like most transactions of this nature there were some issues that arose. However, the manner and quality with which everyone involved addressed and resolved them was way beyond our expectations. We left the dealership with our "Vette" feeling as if we'd bought it from friends. And in hindsight that is exactly what happened, as it is like visiting friends when we've been back a few times for their assistance and counsel. We always feel welcome and enjoy the visits. We can say without reservation that you couldn't go wrong choosing them to assist you with your next car purchase. WOW!! Not your typical car buying experience! I recently went through an amazing car buying experience of a life time with the folks at Cable Dahmer!! I've had my share of the typical car lots tha I recently went through an amazing car buying experience of a life time with the folks at Cable Dahmer!! I've had my share of the typical car lots that promise you everything and after hours of being strung along they deliver nothing close to what they say and you leave frustrated and car less. I'm going to start at the end of my experience because that's where I felt like royalty!. Most places don't care about you after the sale and paper work is done but not in this case. Josh Bird and his team in the service department went way above the call of duty for me and my vehicles. He not only spent the time with me to discuss my newly used vehicles, despite how busy he was but helped me with a locked trunk on the vehicle that I traded in. Josh and his team not only gave great customer service but made 2 used cars look like they came out of the showroom!! What an awesome service shop!! Beth in sales was an angel. We spoke about my car needs and where I stood on cost and payment. WOW!! She not only came through but knocked it out of the park! It was so good that we bought 2 cars. Thank you Beth!! As usually when buying a car when you get past the initial purchase you go see the finance guy in this case it was Fred. Once again Fred rocked!! Before I realized it I had came in close to closing time. He did not even bat an eye about staying late and getting the paper work completed for the vehicles. Not to mention he was very personable, friendly and made us feel comfortable. Thanks Fred!! If you are up to the typical blah blah blah then go see the other guys. Absolutely my WORST experience!! Part 1: We started out looking for a used truck. We found one we wanted to look at. My boyfriend goes up there to sit down with someone. They say it' Part 1: We started out looking for a used truck. We found one we wanted to look at. My boyfriend goes up there to sit down with someone. They say it's at another lot. Ok that's not a problem, they say they'll bring it over & let him know it's on it's way while they're discussing options, price, etc. A few minutes later they come back & say well actually it's not on its way because it still needs to be detailed. Alright, not happy about being lied to but we'll give the benefit of the doubt. He gets told it should be done within a couple days & the salesman will call him. A couple days later my boyfriend contacts the salesman. They aren't done yet. A couple more days pass & my boyfriend yet again has to call up there to get anything done on this deal. The salesman says he's leaving around 11 to 12 to go pick it up & bring it back. A few minutes later he calls back & says they have to have a refundable deposit or he has to go with the salesman in order for the other dealership (which by the way is the same dealership, just another location about 20 minutes away near stateline). This I know is a lie. They do not need a deposit in order to go pick up the vehicle. At this point my boyfriend tells him he is absolutely not paying a deposit to go pick up a truck he doesn't even know if he wants. He drives himself over there to find the truck sitting in the exact same spot as all of the pictures were taken in & has NOT BEEN DETAILED let alone even moved! Now you can imagine how upset we both are to find out we have been lied to repeatedly. Plus the truck was not in the condition we thought it would be. Not the quality we expected from Cable Dahmer. Part 2: Now we have moved on to finding a new truck after months of looking for used. We give Cable Dahmer one more try. Let me just say first, my family has bought probably at least 10-15 new vehicles from this lot, myself included & even purchased 4 in one year at one point. The ONLY reason I am going to give this another go around after the horrible experience on the used vehicle is because of Raymond Foster who was my salesman on my last car. He is an excellent salesman & would definitely go to him again if he moved to another dealership. Now when I purchased my vehicle he was working at Cable Dahmer Chevrolet since then he has moved to Cable Dahmer GMC, Buick, Cadillac which means he cannot directly sell me a Chevy but I don't like any of the other salesman & I want to deal with him & he will deal with a salesman at Chevy. That being said, we find the truck we want but it is up in Minnesota. They set up a trade (which was a $500 fee) & get the truck all the way to the lot & the driver supposedly hit a pole in the parking lot. He managed to dent in the back of the passenger door to the front of the bed. Now we're not even sure if we want it. So we come in that night to sit down with my salesman, Ray, & the new car manager at Chevy named Darren Hearn. He was very rude & unsympathetic about the entire situation. He said he would discount the truck the cost of the repairs (which supposedly their cost was only about $750). Now you tell me, does having a car at a body shop for 3 days only cost $750. Especially when they are going to have to push out the dent as much they can, then weld tabs on to pull it out the rest of the way, then bondo fill it & paint it. That sounds like a LOT more than $750. My boyfriend told him that's not even close to what we were thinking since we were expecting a new undamaged truck & it will never be the same. It will never be factory straight. The guy then proceeded to look at him & say, "Well if you think you're going to get more than a $1,000 off this truck it's not going to happen." Word for word. We told him that we were done then because that was not enough. He then tried to tell us that it was just an accident & that it could happen to anyone. I finally told him that that was not our problem, nor our responsibility to pay for. We were paying for a new/undamaged vehicle & asked if he would be happy paying almost $38,000 for a brand new damaged truck that was going to drop in value another couple thousand once it was driven off the lot. We walked out with my salesman, Ray & talked with him a few minutes. He told us that he would have gone a little higher off but not much & discussed going with a 2015 a little before heading home. Next week rolls around & after thinking about it & receiving a couple apologetic phone calls from Michael Leon, another New Car Sales Manager, & a couple more offers of discounts, we decide we want to at least see the truck now that the repairs are done. Plus they were offering a lifetime warranty on the repair work in case it ever started to bubble or anything. This is where the end of the line finally came. We show up, they bring the truck around. At first, I'm thinking they did a good job but upon looking closer it took both of us a matter of about 30 seconds to find 3 spots where the paint was already bubbling. We show Mike & he says, "Well I hadn't actually looked at it yet". So you're telling me you had this truck in your possession for 48 hours after the repairs were completed before we could come look at it & you didn't even look to see if the repairs were done properly. Are you kidding me! At this point, we told him he could keep his truck & left. I am so done with that dealership & everyone there! No one is making this right with us! We're now getting screwed out of what we wanted. There are no more 2014's in the country with those options in the 4 colors we would have been happy with & to top it off we cannot even get a 2015 with the Blue Topaz color which is what we had really wanted. The next option was the Tungsten color & it has lightened pretty significantly in the new models. So now there is no possibility of getting what we wanted. Words cannot describe how unhappy I am about my ENTIRE experience there! More

After several months of trying to sell my 2007 Tahoe online I was contacted by CableDahmer's Lauren Enriquez. She set up at time for me to bring it in to have an appraisal. I was skeptical but finally agreed to go. She had everything set up for me and I was in and out in 20 minutes. She helped me sell the Tahoe for what I needed, no strings attached. I am now a lifetime customer and I will refer everyone I know to them because they truly care about establishing long term relationships. I have yet to purchase a new vehicle but when I do, it will be from there. I am truly appreciative of the time and consideration Lauren, Troy, Beth and Mickey showed for me and my situation. She was so right! Micky went above and beyond, and got me into a new car! She was never pushy, was always so very very respectful to me, I was blown away by how different it is buying a car from her over all the other dealerships. She listens to you, and does anything she can to help you. She really is such an amazing lady! Buying a car can be so frustrating and intimidating, especially for a single woman such as myself. There really is a difference in working with her. She deserves an award! Everyone at the dealership was respectful and kind, helpful and smiling.
