Called to make an appointment and talked with Pennie who so very helpful. She had a salesman by the name of J.R. (the King of car sales) take care of us. Pennie assured me that we were in good hands and we were. J.R. took great care in listening to what we wanted and where we needed to be. No games, no gimmicks, no drawn out nonsense. I would highly recommend Pennine, J.R. King and the rest of the Cable Dahmer team. More

Monique Cobbins is an idiot This girl is dumb beyond words. I had to explain to her how a chapter 7 reaffirmation works. Then she comes to me and says they need $2500 down on t This girl is dumb beyond words. I had to explain to her how a chapter 7 reaffirmation works. Then she comes to me and says they need $2500 down on the truck I was looking at, I said ok. (Prepared to put $5000 cash down) she then procides to tell me, without asking if I had a Down payment that it would be best for me to let the bank repo my truck and there is no repracutions. (There are with a reaffirmed vehicle). She still never asked if I could do the down payment. Bottom line is she is an uneducated moron looking to make a buck. Steer clear of her at all cost. As far as the dealership goes, because of her I bought a cummins at landmark dodge next door. More
Service Was told when I bought my car that I would receive free oil changes for 2 years. NOT what happened. I drove in the fog, rain and hail, very early in the morning on my day off to get my car serviced (not to mention that I drove 40 mi. to get there) and received the news that they had a "special meeting" and could no longer give the free oil changes that I was promised, and that there was a misunderstanding and it was to only be 2 free oil changes per year. Well I guess enough people misunderstood to have a "special meeting" about it. At the VERY least I should have had that explained before I drove that far, that early, and in the weather. I am VERY UNHAPPY. This is NOT good customer service AT ALL. I did receive a call 2-1/2 hrs later for a 1/2 price oil change if I was still in the area. What a joke. More

If your a lady don't go by yourself because they will rip you off. They gave me certain cars to choose from and if i didn't take it they wasn't going give me one. So i chose the Ford Focus I love it but I wish i could get a chevy Equinox I had a trade in and they were trying to get me to put more money down to get a better car. I still owe 4000 on my car and they paid it off. I think i got a bad deal 72 months for a used car. Do not go to that dealership unless you know about cars. I am going to have to pay all that money for a car they couldn't put a remote start on. My sales man had the nerve to tell me to give him $375 and i could get one. Iam paying the price for a chevy eqinox they should have let me get. More

We gave those to Carlos Vides, and a few days later, he had that vehicle for us. There was steady snowfall the day we went to see it, but that didn't impact the level of service we got. We took a lot of Carlos' time that day, but he was patient, friendly and helpful the entire time. We never felt pressured. In the end, we bought the car that day. I developed and taught a customer service program all across the country. Carlos could have been used as the perfect example of someone who goes the extra mile for the customer. More
A good saturday morning buying a truck not shoveling snow I had bought a truck from the 103 location before and contacted them about a couple trucks but they could not sell them to me as they were exclusive ( I had bought a truck from the 103 location before and contacted them about a couple trucks but they could not sell them to me as they were exclusive ( dealer use trucks) so I reached out online to Penny who was able to set me up a Saturday morning meeting with Brian Swearngin. we sat down discussed needs of the new truck and also talked about my trade. He had the trade bid out while we took the new truck for a test ride. when we returned we negotiated for a bit till we settled on a number. We took the truck home that day and have been happy with the process we had and would recommend Brian and Cable Dahmer to friends and family alike. More
