If you have inexperienced car buyers do NOT send them here! My son and daughter in law were in the market for a new Chevy Spark. Both of their cars bit the dust about the same time. They purchased a new Kia i My son and daughter in law were in the market for a new Chevy Spark. Both of their cars bit the dust about the same time. They purchased a new Kia in March 2015 (from a different dealer) and had a great experience even though they are new to the buying process. This was NOT the case at Cable Dahmer. She traded in her 2007 Chevy Cobolt for $1164 and they put down $500 to buy the Spark They were gone all day and I started to worry. The next day when I looked at the contract I nearly died. She purchased a 2015 Chevy Spark and the Truecar Value said a good price would be around $14,500. The car does not have electric door locks, just windows. The contract showed they financed $20,000, $4285 was warranties and the starting price of the car on the contract was around $18,000. The sticker price of the car showed around $$15922. Basically they took the trade in and down payment and put it in their pockets and gave the kids nothing towards the car. I will never go to this dealership for any reason. Their salesman was Sean Cochran and finance person was Matt but I don't have his last name. I did meet Fred in finance and he said that we could take off the warranties so that helped a little. Buyer beware at this dealership! More

H Frank Vigliature was very helpful. I walked by 4 other salesmen and they just looked at me. First thing out of Franks mouth was "can I help you". He took my keys, my truck to the shop and had it taken care of, brought it back to me and thanked me for doing business with Cable-Dammer. He gave me his card and said he would be more than glad to help me if I ever needed anything. Sincerely, Roger Schroeder More

They failed to tell me that my after market remote start/alarm system would no longer work with the new keys. I tried it the next day and it made my car alarm go off, but I thought maybe I had accidentally pushed the wrong button. About a month later when I finally tried to use it again, it failed and then my car wouldn't start because my antitheft system wouldn't recognize my key. I had to have the system removed and my antitheft system reprogrammed. I was left stranded with my toddler away from home (I was visiting family at the time). I had the car towed to a local dealer and when I asked Cable-Dahmer to help me out by reimbursing me for the service, they told me that too much time had passed and basically that they thought I was lying. She even tried to blame the after market system telling me that she knows they "wear out" over time. It worked perfectly before I had the recall done and was given new keys and a new ignition. (I had even gotten GM involved.) I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. My advice is: Test everything before you leave the parking lot. Even if you can tie the problem back to services they performed, they won't help you out. More
I was duped I was drawn into doing business with this dealership and I now regret my decision. I called and schedule a test drive for a vehicle on a Friday mornin I was drawn into doing business with this dealership and I now regret my decision. I called and schedule a test drive for a vehicle on a Friday morning to take place on Saturday morning. I live over an hour away. When I get there they have no idea what I am talking about. The sale people were nice and eventually found the vehicle as I was about to leave. They did find the vehicle finally and although it was not exactly as pictured (hidden body damage) I decided I wanted it anyway. I offered two vehicles to in trade. Their combined value was above the asking price for the vehicle I was interested in. After waiting 4 hours with my wife and hungry 3 year old to make a deal. They offered me about a third of what the values of trade-ins were worth. The salesmen seemed trustworthy and stupidly I took the deal. Magically the vehicle became $1000 more than the asking price and they did not add sales tax. I know get to pay that at registration. I left the dealership with vehicle and a loan for half of the asking price. I trusted that they were giving me a good deal and they had assured me they were. It took them two weeks to send my the paperwork to register my vehicle TWO WEEKS. Why? because the title sat on the GMC dealerships desk for most of it. Very disorganized and it did not make me feel good to be feed lies about the values of my trades. I understand that is how they make money, but I was hoping they would be a little more honest. They are now selling one of my trade ins at an asking price higher than the asking price than the vehicle I just purchased from them. What a sell job. The vehicle I purchased seems to be fine, but I really feel like I over paid. More
Great Service with Short Notice I picked up a new Z06 Corvette at the National Corvette Museum (NCM) in Kentucky. An oil change is required after the first 500 miles. Driving back I picked up a new Z06 Corvette at the National Corvette Museum (NCM) in Kentucky. An oil change is required after the first 500 miles. Driving back to Portland, OR I knew I would hit 500 miles in MO. Called a couple dealerships in the KC area that morning; no one would give me an appointment. John Davis worked me in for the time I would arrive in the area. No hassle over the type of oil required and he was very accommodating to put us in a loaner to go for lunch. This service was extended knowing we would not be return customers. I have asked the NCM to provide the name of Cable-Dahmer Chevrolet to all Z06 owners heading north. Ken H. from Portland, Oregon PS: Website needs updating. John Davis is not shown in your service organization. More
