I was concerned about being upside down since I still owed on my car. She was able to get me a payment less than the one I was paying although I owed and I didn't put anything down on top of the trade in. She has been very professional and helpful ever since. It was priced at 36k but I soon found out they had raised the price by 12k. So I wasn't very happy with that. More
