Today we are thoroughly enjoying driving our brand new 2011 All-Star Edition Z71 Silverado 1500. It is a gorgeous Imperial Blue and the most comfortable ride for a truck. I had the best car-buying experience ever with Cable Dahmer. My experience started around 8:30 AM with Anna Westa as my initial (online) contact. She was prompt, informative and courteous. She directed me very quickly to Micky Rowland who was in touch with me several times by phone to discuss details of a vehicle I found online and a deal I was wanting to put together. When I arrived at the dealership later in the afternoon, Micky was professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant with a wonderful "can-do" attitude. She explained all the features of the vehicle as well as services and "perks" we will continue to receive from Cable Dahmer after our purchase. She made me feel very comfortable and I felt that she was truly interested in me as a customer and doing right by me. The vehicle that I selected was in great condition and Micky was very helpful during the test drive. Micky was able to work with my husband and I to get our down payment and monthly payment in a range we were comfortable with. This is the time during the car-buying experience where things typically go south and the sales person becomes difficult to work with. This was 100% not the case with Micky. She was polite and very eager to work with us. I never felt pressured or felt that I was haggling over a price as is typically the case when buying a car. Micky is a true professional and a great asset to the dealership. After the deal was finalized, she even provided some balloons for us to take home to our 3-yr old daughter (who happened to love them, by the way.) When it came time to finalize our deal with finance, we worked with Joe A. in finance who was also tremendously helpful, efficient, professional and made us feel at ease. His explanation of GAP insurance and other options was very thorough and well-presented. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. Thank you to Cable Dahmer! More

I had the best salesperson ever! Her name was Micky Rowland and I cannot say enough good things about her. I traded in my truck for what I considered to be a very good trade in amount and bought a used Rowland and I cannot say enough good things about her. I traded in my truck for what I considered to be a very good trade in amount and bought a used jeep. I was looking for a jeep with low miles and she found one that was perfect for me in Texas. She actualy went down to Texas and drove it back for me. You can't beat that kind of service. She even offered to hook me up with the dealership down there so I could save a little money. This is after searching for countles hours to find it for me. I was so impressed with her, I decided I was not going to do that and if we could not make that jeep work, we would find another so I could buy from her. That's when she offered to go get it. She was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with, and I have bought a lot of vehichles over the years, new and used. When my wife needs a new car, you better believe we are calling Micky!!! More

We have used Cable-Dahmer in Independence for several years to service our Impala and Corvette and have been extremely satisfied with the service department. They have been outstanding to us over the years. Speaking of outstanding, our sales professional Ray Foster went way above the call of duty when we went about trading our 2008 Corvette for a 2011 Grand Sport; WOW! He worked hard to find exactly the right car and worked very hard to get to a price that was acceptable to all parties. I can't say enough good things about the way that Cable-Dahmer and Ray Foster has treated us before and after the sale. As mentioned earlier, this was our first vehicle purchase from them but it will absolutely not be the last...Marty Dahmer and Ray Foster have truly earned my business for years to come! More

The other people we dealt with were very friendly and made the entire experience a good one. I felt I got a good deal and was treated fairly. I look forward to a continued relationship with this dealer. On the down side, the financial company, Ally Financial, does not take bank transfers from my bank. I was told I should go to their site to pay on-line. I prefer to pay all my bills through the bank with one-stop bill paying. I was rather disappointed in their lack of options. More

I traded a used Corvette for a new Camaro; several of the sales and service personnel drive Camaros and are familiar with performance modifications. I had my Corvette serviced there and always found them to be fair, helpful, and competent, with excellent customer relations skills and attitudes. Dalton Tubbs was the sales associate from whom I purchased the Camaro; he was most amiable, extremely accomodative, product knowledgeable, and showed great concern for my satisfaction, as did the Sales Manager. I will certainly consider purchasing future vehicles from Cable-Dahmer and will look forward to being able to recommend the dealership to others for service and vehicle purchases. It is most apparent that the management of the operation is of high quality with wise insight into what constitutes customer satisfaction and, thus, repeat sales. They run a class dealership, in my opinion. More
