She was playing mediator between me and David and she deserves allot of credit, I'm in sales myself and hate pushy people and not one time did I ever feel like it was not my decision. David and I worked out a deal over the phone sight unseen on both my trade in and his truck and they made it work for what I was willing to do and I drove 4.5 hours to the dealership and they had everything ready. I was in and out in 2 hours I connected right away with David Jr and David senior. There was a small issue with the TPS sensors and they were willing to fix it but I had to leave so David told me just get it fixed and send him the bill. I would definitely be a repeat customer between those 3 people it was one of the best experiences in a car dealership I have ever had! Again never any pressure plus Lauren will conteniue to make sure you are happy even after the sale!!!!! More

no work done Went to the dealership last night to find out what's going on with my van. Come to find out the guy who was supposed to be making sure that thing was getting done wasn't doing that. Apparently nothing has been done to my van for 3 months. Of the 3 months we had it a week and had to take it back cause we noticed nothing was done the first month it was sitting there. They then said it should be done by Tuesday. I then told them "no offense but I dont believe you guys anymore." They then told me they was sorry but at least I was driving around in a nice care. It took all my power not to go off right then and there. I have had to clean every single loaner car that I have been in. The traverse I was in was the worst. I had to spend 3 hours cleaning the inside. I cleaned 5 of the loaner cars I was in. I will say everyone has been very friendly. More
