We went to Cable Dahmer to look for a low mileage used car. Arriving on a Saturday, they were very busy but we were approached quickly. Lance was good about asking questions on what we were looking for an car. Arriving on a Saturday, they were very busy but we were approached quickly. Lance was easy to deal with and we were able to agree on a price in a reasonable amount of time. Sheridan at finance was great and very personable. We left a pair of Ry-Bans in the car we traded. Zavion quickly found them for us and held them almost a week, until we could pick them up. We needed the paper work expedited as we were leaving the state for an extended amount of time. Lance worked hard for us to make that happen! During that time Lance was good at communicating with us, even texting on his day off, making sure we received the needed paperwork. Either there is manipulative scamming going on or there is a very high rate of deliberate miscommunication... Even after I asked all the necessary questions, informed the salesman of what I had already do is a very high rate of deliberate miscommunication... And it was not at all to my satisfaction I don't understand why I was being charged more than the normal price of what I should have been and then told I would be receiving the credit to return to the same place. Furthermore when I'm on the highway there's a whistle that comes through the window and when I go to the car wash water does drip in through the small corner near the driver's side window mirror or rear view mirror whatever your terminology is but it's out the window. I did not like the experience and I did not like all of the rigmarole about getting a $250 rebate after signing up for a credit card in house.. hence in house was the catch phrase that I must have missed in the wording because after I told them I already had the credit card approval I was reassured by Matt and clever that I would still be able to get $250 rebate which I was not even eligible for... But they didn't care they were more interested in me returning the part that I got at a cheaper price than what you guys were already charging so they could charge me the full price so I could so-called get the rebate which they knew was never going to be available for me. Everything was going to be a maybe or he should or he could be, and when it didn't go through like they said they thought it would I was not even offered the restructured price they just told me I would be offered a shop credit which is insufficient for me as well as being charged a $30 service fee for not paying debit I could have paid in other means such as cash or debit instead of giving out an extra $30 in service fee which I was not informed of...
