And you guys didn't want to cover it I went every single day to talk to the manager I talk to Alex and Joel supposed to be the managers and didn't give me no solution the cost of the repair was 10k l end up giving the truck back. Very very unprofessional, ran my credit just to play numbers games without even sending it to the bank. Then was very dismissive when I voiced my concerns, has side conversations not work related with o numbers games without even sending it to the bank. No one wanted to give me the owners information to voice my concerns, he continued talking with other employees, and the assistant manager told me to look it up on the website. This is the worst service I ever received well trying to purchase a car. I’m a returning customer as I purchased my car brand new from there in 2019. My vehicle was brought in for a brake assist service warning on dash and oil change. Even though the vehicle has warranty coverage was told there would be a diagnosis charge of $179 which would be waive warning on dash and oil change. Even though the vehicle has warranty coverage was told there would be a diagnosis charge of $179 which would be waived if the repair was determined to be covered by the warranty. So what choice is there but to accept. The repair ticket says it could be battery and customer declined to replace at $608.31. So the diag fee was charged. Basically a $300 oil change! More
