Check your car after service Their car wash put a gouge in the back bumper which they are going to fix, but it is an inconvenience for me. Nothing on the receipt notates they changed the Passenger Compartment air filter which is on the maintenance schedule for this visit. Also, I would expect them to check the air pressure in the tires when they rotate them. This wasn't done either. More

Heated seat element burned out Brought my car in to have it diagnosed with a burned-out element. Brought the car and have it fixed, during the process was told that it was actually Brought my car in to have it diagnosed with a burned-out element. Brought the car and have it fixed, during the process was told that it was actually a module instead of the element. Wanted to keep the car overnight and give me a loaner and we're not going to charge me for labor since they felt that this was their fault. Still going to charge me for the part which was going to be 500 additional dollars besides them already having put in the element. When I told them not to do the work and all of a sudden it ended up being the element and the car was ready to go home. They were definitely trying to rip me off would never suggest this dealership to anybody they are very dishonest!!!! I told this to Cadillac when they called to follow up and told me that somebody was going to be calling me back, that never happened...shady!! More
CTS windshield doesn't clear when using wipers I have been back with the same problem on my Cadillac and they can't fix it now they are trying to act like it isn't a problem. Even though they acknowledge that it is a consistent problem with CTS ability to clean windows. Someone is going to get hurt. Luckily I have it on voice-mail if an accident occurs. More
Exceptional Customer Service We recently purchased a used Cadillac XTS. A few days after purchase, we noticed the CUE screen was unresponsive on one area of the screen. We notif We recently purchased a used Cadillac XTS. A few days after purchase, we noticed the CUE screen was unresponsive on one area of the screen. We notified our Sales Consultant, Fred Walters immediately who instructed us to bring the car back in to have it checked. It was replaced at no charge within a couple of days. Unfortunately, the new screen was also flawed so we took it back and it was repaired at no charge. They also replaced a broken headlamp and replaced the battery in one fob. They were not obligated to do any of these things at their expense. Their Internal Service Advisor, Brock Smith was an absolute joy to work with. He was courteous, friendly, professional and kept us informed of each step along the way. Finally, I really appreciate all that they did including always providing a loaner car with absolutely no hassles. I would highly recommend doing business with Fred and Brock. They understand the importance of creating long lasting relationships with their customers. Thank you both! More
Expectations exceeded. Roger was great to work with. He was straightforward and honest when discussing my auto repairs. Poor customer service I arrived at the dealership at my designated appointment time and pulled into the service bay and walked into the service advisers area where one clos I arrived at the dealership at my designated appointment time and pulled into the service bay and walked into the service advisers area where one closest to me ignored me and worked on his computer, the one at the opposite end chatting with the porter asked if he could help me, I advised I was here for an appointment to get my vehicle serviced. He advised that was no problem he could help me. I advised I had a coupon in the seat of my vehicle for the oil change. He again said no problem we will get my car in the shop shortly. After about an hour and fifteen the adviser popped into the waiting area to advise that my radio needed an update and that would take another 45 minutes and I agreed to the time frame. When my repairs were completed the vehicle was brought into the bay area for me to drive out. The initial service adviser was no longer available so the other adviser who did not acknowledge me previously said I was ready to go and he would check me out. He asked for an amount that was greater than a normal oil change so I asked if the update was a warranty item and he sharply replied it's not under warranty. With his tone I handed my credit card just to get away from him. My car is only three years old and has less than 36K miles on it so I thought it was a reasonable question. When I got home I read the service work ticket only to find out that I did not get the coupon discount for the work performed as the initial service adviser said was no problem. The following day I called the dealership service department and spoke with a pleasant lady who said she would transfer me to a service adviser and quickly she returned stating the advisers were not picking up and one would return my call within one hour and if they did not she would personally call me back, this was around 11:30 and her it is at 8:30 and still no call from the dealership and a $170 charge on my visa. I guess Cable Dahmer is just as convenient for me in the future. I am disappointed because I have bought cars at this dealership and have had all of my vehicles serviced here as well. More

I had my vehicle in there for Maintenance and repair. The first time uneventful very quick. Well this time tables turned. I drop it of and they have a a day or so no big deal. They call and I go pick it up. I wasn't gone a hour and I receive a phone call. The voice on the other end asks for me. He then says, I was reviewing the service files and seen you had a 2007 Escalade in for service. Are you ready to trade out of that thing with 130k for a 2015 escalade. I'm actually speechless at this moment. I'm not sure if I should be angry or shock. I said well being that I bough it in Aug and it is paid for why would I trade it. He said well I'm going through your record now and don't see that you bought it here. He asked where I bought and I said does it matter and I said if I wanted to buy a vehicle I'd be looking for one. This is absolutely unacceptable. I had my vehicle In for service and NO SALES REP. Needs to be obtaining my Information or my contact information. He obtained a phone number that was not authorized to be obtained by him, nor did I want to be solicited. Well they lost a costumer by this little stunt. The service manager did call shortly after the service rep received the email I sent to apologize. Well a little to late. One and done. It's unfortunate that the actions of that salesman ruined it for the company... More
