Steve Oliver and staff were my saving grace! !!! I live 43 miles away and made the mistake of going to a shop closer to my home back in July when my 2017 Escalade was making some engine noise. I !!! Long story short, last Thursday I brought in completely messed up car because of this shop and couldn’t handle their excuses anymore. I brought it to Cadillac to see if they could diagnose and fix what this other shop had completely screwed up. Steve had real answers to me not even 24 hours after I brought it in!!!! We talked about what I wanted Cadillac to fix and what I should have fixed at the other shop because I had already invested thousands of dollars for them to completely screw up my car. He gave me an estimate if I wanted Cadillac to do all the work but honestly I need the other shop to make it right! He worked with my extended warranty to get them to cover a portion of the work that they did and had me in a loaner while they worked on my car. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else again!!! I was treated very well, they knew exactly what they were doing, and got it done in a reasonable amount of time. I am not sure who the 2 other gentlemen are on either side of Steve in that temporary trailer they are in. Although, both of them were very helpful as well when I walked in and Steve was taking a phone call. Thank goodness for Cable Dahmer Cadillac Service!!!! Thank you Steve Oliver!!! More

I own a 2010 SRx4 bought it in 2015 with 72000 miles on it.Nothing but repair problems after the buying a warranty that expired two years later.Things that were covered in the warranty were not repaired Th it.Nothing but repair problems after the buying a warranty that expired two years later.Things that were covered in the warranty were not repaired The service advisor s wrote note naming repairs but never fix the things that were covered under warranty.This was my first Cadillac that I have purchased I have replaced all of the wheel sensors ,a drive shaft that comes in two pieces because the rubber boot was defective..I had to buy a whole drive shaft for a little rubber bushing.Mycar is broke down now with a rear end that is blown out.In need of replacement.My car has 15200 miles at this time.I have not had 72,000 miles of enjoy ment of being a Cadillac owner for the first time and when I manage to get it repaired.I will get rid of this money pit of a long time of unenjoyable car.Someone from Cadillac should get back with me for more of story. More

Lies, so I had to pay for the xxxx they messed up and they did some xxxx xxxx And reported/ paid for my vehicle to be listed on car fax with out prior consent from me. we’re it was not for them to do about my truck. so I going to put them in the Kansas City xxxxxxxx shops, I never take my truck to them again staff, service& sale Manager lied about my truck no good job they sell you after market parts. Bad customer service .. *Cable dahmer is not the same as when Carlos was the owner ! More
I purchased a 2017 Escalade 5 months ago. Warranty to powertrain only. But when my brakes were found to have worn out prematurely they repaired no cost to me.
