Poor customer service and sales practices. The dealership advertised a used Jeep on the internet and we responded with interest the first day it was listed. After discussion on the phone with the young man (Cameron) who called in response to our note of interest, we were told the vehicle was not yet ready to test drive but would be in a few days. We put down a deposit based only on the description, that we were assured would be refundable if we didn't like the Jeep. After over 2 weeks of waiting and several emails from Cameron saying it still was in the shop for "reconditioning", we started looking online at other listings. We found the same Jeep was then listed several places (by the dealership) for over $1,000 higher than we had been quoted when we put down the deposit. We called Cameron for an explanation and got nothing but confusing "sales speak" so requested our deposit back. We will never recommend this dealership to anyone! More

They call and I go pick it up. I wasn't gone a hour and I receive a phone call. The voice on the other end asks for me. He then says, I was reviewing the service files and seen you had a 2007 Escalade in for service. Are you ready to trade out of that thing with 130k for a 2015 escalade. I'm actually speechless at this moment. I'm not sure if I should be angry or shock. I said well being that I bough it in Aug and it is paid for why would I trade it. He said well I'm going through your record now and don't see that you bought it here. He asked where I bought and I said does it matter and I said if I wanted to buy a vehicle I'd be looking for one. This is absolutely unacceptable. I had my vehicle In for service and NO SALES REP. Needs to be obtaining my Information or my contact information. He obtained a phone number that was not authorized to be obtained by him, nor did I want to be solicited. Well they lost a costumer by this little stunt. The service manager did call shortly after the service rep received the email I sent to apologize. Well a little to late. One and done. It's unfortunate that the actions of that salesman ruined it for the company... More

Best New Car Experience Ever Fred Walters is the most knowledgeable and attentive salesman I have ever worked with. The test drive was very relaxed, and his demonstration of features timed very well, so I was not overwhelmed with "bells and whistles". Fred also took time to work with my wife and I at end of sale to go over everything we wanted before pulling out of the lot. Everyone I worked with at the dealership was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. So, I drove away in a great car, happier for the experience! More

There wasn't any attempt at a "hard sell" transaction and they attempted to make this sale according to my wishes/request. I was able to complete this purchase according to my personal requested time table over several days and by using the computer(e-mail) to save time for all of us. The longest I was at the dealership on any given day was about 2 hours, not counting the test drive. The entire process was quick and painless. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I would recommend both Joel and Josh. More
