Poor customer service I arrived at the dealership at my designated appointment time and pulled into the service bay and walked into the service advisers area where one clos I arrived at the dealership at my designated appointment time and pulled into the service bay and walked into the service advisers area where one closest to me ignored me and worked on his computer, the one at the opposite end chatting with the porter asked if he could help me, I advised I was here for an appointment to get my vehicle serviced. He advised that was no problem he could help me. I advised I had a coupon in the seat of my vehicle for the oil change. He again said no problem we will get my car in the shop shortly. After about an hour and fifteen the adviser popped into the waiting area to advise that my radio needed an update and that would take another 45 minutes and I agreed to the time frame. When my repairs were completed the vehicle was brought into the bay area for me to drive out. The initial service adviser was no longer available so the other adviser who did not acknowledge me previously said I was ready to go and he would check me out. He asked for an amount that was greater than a normal oil change so I asked if the update was a warranty item and he sharply replied it's not under warranty. With his tone I handed my credit card just to get away from him. My car is only three years old and has less than 36K miles on it so I thought it was a reasonable question. When I got home I read the service work ticket only to find out that I did not get the coupon discount for the work performed as the initial service adviser said was no problem. The following day I called the dealership service department and spoke with a pleasant lady who said she would transfer me to a service adviser and quickly she returned stating the advisers were not picking up and one would return my call within one hour and if they did not she would personally call me back, this was around 11:30 and her it is at 8:30 and still no call from the dealership and a $170 charge on my visa. I guess Cable Dahmer is just as convenient for me in the future. I am disappointed because I have bought cars at this dealership and have had all of my vehicles serviced here as well. More

Buying a car Who thought buying a new car could be a pleasant experience. I didnt; so I put it off for years. I drove to what I thought was the Lexus dealership. Since I was there I decided to not be prejudice and to look at a car. I was introduced to Ken. I told him a couple of thing I needed in a car. The first car he showed me was perfect for me and I bought it. What a great salesman--no pressure, very low key. Thank you Ken and thank you Hendrix. I still can't believe it. More

Poor customer service and sales practices. The dealership advertised a used Jeep on the internet and we responded with interest the first day it was listed. After discussion on the phone with the young man (Cameron) who called in response to our note of interest, we were told the vehicle was not yet ready to test drive but would be in a few days. We put down a deposit based only on the description, that we were assured would be refundable if we didn't like the Jeep. After over 2 weeks of waiting and several emails from Cameron saying it still was in the shop for "reconditioning", we started looking online at other listings. We found the same Jeep was then listed several places (by the dealership) for over $1,000 higher than we had been quoted when we put down the deposit. We called Cameron for an explanation and got nothing but confusing "sales speak" so requested our deposit back. We will never recommend this dealership to anyone! More
