First of all, thank you for the feedback on our lot and facility. Though sometimes we may not enjoy what we hear, it is valued and will help us get better. Be assured we are already working on fixing the the issues. We have new lot sings on order that will be installed shortly. We are also having our lot sealed over the next few weeks. Unfortunately asphalt is very pourous, and any fluids that may leak out of a vehicle will soak in and stain for months or years. As you can imagine, with the volume of vehicles that run through our facility, we end up with some fluids on the lot. The sealer will clean this up and make the entire lot look better. We would love the opportunity to work with you to show you that we do have a great service department with some of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the city. In fact, if you look at our ratings on this very site you will see that we have very positive reviews. I was back by this dealership the other day and found that things do look better, the new sign is helpful to know where things are, although parts is still a little hard to find for a first time visitor. I do plan on giving this service center a try here when my next service is due since I'm new to the area I have to find a place that I like.
