Carey was the service specialist and made my experience a great one! I feel like they are trying to set themselves up to be a truly premier dealership. This includes the consistent professionalism, customer focus (as Carey delivered today), speed of service, attentiveness, and general treatment of the customer. The sales staff, Mike Klein in particular, seem to really care. I did not get treated like a dollar sign. I got treated like a friend. Thank you guys. More

Dissappointed I called to set up an appoint for oil change and to see if they could check for software updates. I was advised that just because there are up dates d I called to set up an appoint for oil change and to see if they could check for software updates. I was advised that just because there are up dates doesnt mean you have to do it. The updates are to fix problems and if you are not experiencing problems then it's not necessary. WHAT????? So, I schedule a 1000 O'clock appoint for oil change only. So 1 hour l later stnot done. While waiting the cashiers phone keeps going off (Facebook messenger or texts) while customers are standing at window. She keeps looking at phone and answering messages. Needless to say NEVER coming back!!! Total time for a oil change only 1 hour and 15 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable!!!!!!! Obviously was not Coles fault but seriously. Get in vehicle and smell of burning oil must have pour it on motor. Now headed to Hendricks for software update More

Service Manager... Your Poor Employees. I was at Cable Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac a few days back to get some maintenance service done on my Cadillac. I was informed upon arrival that my oil I was at Cable Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac a few days back to get some maintenance service done on my Cadillac. I was informed upon arrival that my oil change may take a little longer than normal because the lube guys were a little backed up, I am completely ok with this as long as I am told upfront. Some places are like, oh yeah we will have your vehicle done in 40 minutes, and an hour later I am seeing it be pulled into the shop. I would much rather be told up front it may be a little while than have to ask why the original promise was not withheld. So I patiently waited, when I seen my vehicle being pulled into the shop I decided to kind of wonder back to where I could kind of watch what was going on with my vehicle since some shady kind of things have gone other places I have taken some of my vehicles. What I had seen from this vantage point I could not believe... I seen what I believe was the service manager, back in what looked to be the lube bay area with a hand full of paperwork and he was yelling at one of his employees telling him "well apparently your f****** stupid and do not know how to do your job right" and telling them they all needed to pick up the pace, from what I could see, the what looked to be 3 guys in this particular department of the shop were already franticly working to keep work done in a timely manor, and doing what they could to get work done. I was absolutely appalled by not only the language used by someone that should be a respected part of the department, but they way in which he treated his employees... Your employees are what make you your money and keep your customers happy, and they should be treated with respect and dignity. My church and I will be praying that your service manager find the light to better treat his employees the way and with the respect in which he would want to be treated. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the work performed to my vehicle and my service advisor took very good care of me. Hopefully the manager will take care of his behind the scene employees the way Robbie took care of me, and the oil change guy took of my vehicle. It must be extremely difficult to take pride in your work when you are treated so poorly in your work place, I wish I had a name of a lube guy so I could mention him as well. I do plan to return for service, but hope the best for the employees of such a disrespectful man... I wish there was more I could do for the employees in which I seen being very mistreated. Cable-Dahmer and Bob McCosh Working Together I purchased a used car at Bob McCosh Chevrolet in Columbia, Missouri in June. It did not come with any warranty. Driving back to Independence, MO, the I purchased a used car at Bob McCosh Chevrolet in Columbia, Missouri in June. It did not come with any warranty. Driving back to Independence, MO, the brakes were making a loud sound. I took the car in to have the brakes checked but the car had wheel locks and the lock key wasn’t in the car. I called Bob McCosh about not having the key to unlock the tires to have the brakes fixed. They got me in touch with Cable-Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac - Service Center in Independence, MO., to take the wheel locks off and put new ones on. While changing out the wheel locks, Cable-Dahmer service noticed that a back tire was very unsafe and called Bert Nuetzmann at Bob McCosh in Columbia, MO; Mr. Nuetzmann authorized them to replace the tire at no cost to me. I would recommend Bob McCosh of Columbia, MO for standing behind their vehicles and for reaching out to Cable-Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac of Independence, MO to fix the car. Ryan Broome and Cole Fitzpatrick of Cable-Dahmer Buick GMC Cadillac – Service Center in Independence, MO were outstanding to work with and went beyond duty to initiate calls to Bob McCosh Chevrolet to make my car safe.
