Had an unfortunate experience with service dept. diagnosis and recommended fix. They fixed something that was going to become a problem but was not the problem the vehicle was brought in for. So, after a $3,000. charge the problem was not eliminated. To further complicate the matter, I think I was furnished a defective loaner and charged for a new tire after it was reading low tire pressure when I got home. Have been a long-term customer, purchased new vehicles and had many more serviced. This experience has put that relationship in jeopardy. I didn't go into all the details, but the dealer has the information. I do live 25 miles from the dealership and needed the vehicle, so I had to get the alternator relaced elsewhere. More
