Bought your 2000. 00 oil change package. They picked up vehicle called me a couple hrs later wanting to do a thousand dollar in service work on a vehicle with less tha 00 oil change package. They picked up vehicle called me a couple hrs later wanting to do a thousand dollar in service work on a vehicle with less than 10,000 miles on it since purchased. They showed me a whole list of services that supposedly been done to the vehicle before purchasing.Now the ac isn't working since they dropped it off. Don't know if they blead the line checking everything or just trying to get more work. I will not purchase another vehicle from any cable Dahmer dealership and will highly discourage everyone from doing the same More
Hello, everyone did a good job in regard to scheduling and carrying out this visit. I need an all change plus a noise coming from under the hood, and Alize Davis helped me get it scheduled quickly. Had an unfortunate experience with service dept. diagnosis and recommended fix. They fixed something that was going to become a problem but was not the problem the vehicle was brought in for. So, after a $3,000. charge the problem was not eliminated. To further complicate the matter, I think I was furnished a defective loaner and charged for a new tire after it was reading low tire pressure when I got home. Have been a long-term customer, purchased new vehicles and had many more serviced. This experience has put that relationship in jeopardy. I didn't go into all the details, but the dealer has the information. I do live 25 miles from the dealership and needed the vehicle, so I had to get the alternator relaced elsewhere. More
