Hello, everyone did a good job in regard to scheduling and carrying out this visit. I need an all change plus a noise coming from under the hood, and Alize Davis helped me get it scheduled quickly. Had an unfortunate experience with service dept. diagnosis and recommended fix. They fixed something that was going to become a problem but was not the problem the vehicle was brought in for. So, after a $3,000. charge the problem was not eliminated. To further complicate the matter, I think I was furnished a defective loaner and charged for a new tire after it was reading low tire pressure when I got home. Have been a long-term customer, purchased new vehicles and had many more serviced. This experience has put that relationship in jeopardy. I didn't go into all the details, but the dealer has the information. I do live 25 miles from the dealership and needed the vehicle, so I had to get the alternator relaced elsewhere. More
Buying a car at this dealership was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. I have bought countless cars over the years and have never had this bad of an experience. First, we were at the dealership for 7 and 1/2 hours purchasing a car. Second, the dealership added on $4,500 to the MSR. Third, finance department badgers buyers to buy extras that they don't want. Fourth, they say that they will give you a referral fee of $100. Don't believe it I've been waiting over a month. More

Went to look a car, was “sold” before I got there. Was shown one a different trim package and I told them no but I was willing to order a new one. Dropped $2500, five days later go to pick it up and it wa shown one a different trim package and I told them no but I was willing to order a new one. Dropped $2500, five days later go to pick it up and it was the same car I told them no to. The first thing they said was, we’ll do you have your build sheet to prove that. Didn’t buy the car gave them three days to find another and not only did they not find a car, they wouldn’t return calls, wouldn’t call me at all and finally I had to call to just get my money back and go some where else. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. There is no canned reason for the way they worked, I dealt with sales managers and some other manager so they know exactly how they’re doing business. Just stay away if you can. More
