Angel was extremely helpful, caring, considerate and actually listened to what I had to say. He was not pushy or overbearing. The manager of the service department however was extremely rude and inconsiderate. His attitude was horrible and his customer service skills lacked in every aspect. I had some issues because I did purchase a used vehicle but that was my choice. The sales person and others were very helpful and considerate. Erin Hixon, service consultant, listened to my complaint and even though none of it was her fault and she had no knowledge of what happened, did not complain or get irritated with me. She helped me fix the problem and offered her apologies. Angel Robles was my sales associate, he took the time to talk with Dan Boyer and fill him in on my problem. Mr. Boyer came out and talked with me personally and assured me that we would get things fixed and that he would speak with his Service manager. Of course I do not know if that happened but regardless I was satisfied when I left. More
