They were awesome. I was looking for a car to purchase but every dealership failed me. I needed a co signer, with my luck I didnt know any one or any one with better credit than me that could co sign. I left each dealership in tears. Buick cable dahmer was my last trip. They were very friendly and provided all the information needed (previous dealerships i visited lied about prices and the cars history) they matched me up with the first car they had in mind: a 2009 ford focus. I test drove it and absolutely loved it, I knew I had to have it. They worked with me with out having to have an co signer as well as finding me the cheapest interest rates and payments. not to mention im only 18 and this was my first Car financed. WE PURCHASED THE TWO-YEAR CENTURY WARRANTY NOT KNOWI ALMOST TWO YEARS AGO, MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED A USED NISSAN MURANO FROM THE ABOVE USED CAR LOT. Service seems VERY low quality and under experienced I went up to Cable Dahmer Cadillac to get the 100,000 mile services my Escalade was about due for that had been recommended to me from my home town de I went up to Cable Dahmer Cadillac to get the 100,000 mile services my Escalade was about due for that had been recommended to me from my home town dealer before I moved to Kansas City completed today. When I pulled up to the dealer ship I had noticed that I had drove up to what appeared to be the wrong side of the service drive, my first negative thought was wow, they have really poor lot direction. No signs for new customers to know where they are going. As I drove around the building I noticed that the way there lot is set up is very confusing, hard to navagate around, and looks sloppy and unorganized. Upon driving around the building I noticed one of the service area doors had a huge what looked like an oil trail leaving the door. My first thought was oh my I hope that does not happen to my car... As I drove around the back side of the building I noticed 3 what also appeared to be oil trails going around the back of the building. Then noticed one huge oil trail and one smaller one leaving a bay in the corner of the building, one of the oil trails was MASSIVE and went behind the building... My only thought was there is no way that car is even still running and how sorry I felt for that customer. At this point I had seen enough negative things that I did not even stay to stop in for service, I am going to be doing some looking for a Cadillac dealer here in Kansas City that knows what they are doing. Not one that has the exterior appearance of a low level car line or a Jiffy Lube failure... More
