over price and dishonest Steve the sales guy did nothing to help, we went in Steve goes back and forth 6 or 7 times to make deal with the manager, Finally he asked what can I Steve the sales guy did nothing to help, we went in Steve goes back and forth 6 or 7 times to make deal with the manager, Finally he asked what can I do to get your business, I agreed to pay 10,000 that what the is listed, they actually they marked it down to 9900, long story short, they tell me about this nitrogen tire package that Is on all cars and it cost 890$ I told them I dont want it and Guss and Steve advised that it is no way around it, so I agreed to pay 10,000 for the car, 500 discounted tire package and 200 for the admin fee, a total of 10,700, so they agreed to get my business, I come back on Monday to finish the paper work, and Guss comes out and say the is 10,899, I say why that not what We agreed on Saturday, they Guss tells me okay , I am not charging you for the tire package, so if is case, the price should have drop to 10,200. they say its 10,899, I should have ran out the door but really like the car. needless to say i ended pay the 10,899, thinking ok they know i am not happy with all our time wasted,and them being dishonest. I will never ever buy from then again or recommended to anyone felt taken advantage of., did nothing to correct the problem More

After couple of calls, I left a deposit, booked a flight and took off halfway across the country. Steve met me and after going over the car with a “fine tooth comb” I bought it (I was a car salesman for over 30 years). After doing paperwork, I headed back east for the 1,000 trip home. Car performed perfectly. Thanks again Mark, Steve, and Sarah ((who got paperwork straight for out of state title). More

The worst experience we have ever had!! I have been purchasing cars for a very long time, this was by far the WORST experience i have ever had. My husband asked for a 4x4 truck. They located (what we thought was a great truck) However when we got home that night we realized it was not a 4x4. They very next morning, way under 24 hours we called and spoke with the salesman who promised they would fix this problem. We never heard back that day. The next day we called again they played around didn't answer our calls, we had to call from an alternate number before they would answer. Still saying they were "working on it" 4 days go by of pure hounding and we take off of work AGAIN to pull up to the dealer when he then advised my husband there was nothing they could do because it had been to long and they turned in to be titled, saying it happens the next day, but nobody said that all these days we were calling. So they BS us until there was nothing that could be done. And acted very nonchalant as if it does'nt matter who i tell. We have two daughters coming out of college and will be getting new cars. THEY WILL NOT COME FROM THIS DEALER FOR SURE AND WE ALSO KNOW THEY ARE CONNECTED WITH 103RD AND STATELINE AND NOLAND SO WE WILL ALSO NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EITHER. This has been THE WORST CAR PURCHASE I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY LIFE AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE IS AWARE. I work with the public daily and will pass on the message to any and everyone i encounter including facebook, twitter and so on!! Thank for NOTHING CABLE DAHMER!!! More
