Just had my 2010 Yaris for my wife. Only Carson and Norwalk Toyota had my model/color but they have horrible reviews on yahoo and google so I started with Cabe and Power Toyota at Cerritos. I went to Cerrito first, they told me on the phone they had it but ended up they didn't, wasted 1.5 hours of my time. and they said they'd look for it, no call from them ever since. On the other hand, Cabe directly told me on the phone that they didn't have this car, but would try to get it. Waited 1.5 day, got a phone call from Cristina and she told me my car was coming. So I showed up the next day and purchased it right away. Most importantly, the price was extremely competitive, it was lower than Cerritos, lower than toyota.com and even lower than Edmunds.com TMV! (yeah i did alot of reserach :) I don't know how they could do it but I don't care, as long as I could buy a nice car with cheap price, I'm happy. They even gave me 3 years free synthetic oil change. Very sweet deal. Highly recommend this dealer! More

I initially contacted several different dealerships & let them all know exactly what I was looking for & the maximum amount that I would pay & that as I am extremely busy & did not want them to waste my time them all know exactly what I was looking for & the maximum amount that I would pay & that as I am extremely busy & did not want them to waste my time or I theirs, that I would not would not come into their dealership to talk until they guaranteed that they had the exact vehicle that I was looking for in stock & that the price I was asking for may possibly be doable. Mr. Kenny Rossi of Cabe Toyota was 1 of several dealerships to respond. All of the other dealerships wanted me to come in to discuss the deal, some saying they had a 'very similar' vehicle to what I was looking for & only 1 of them said that the price may even be doable. Mr. Rossi was the only person who was considerate & DID NOT WASTE MY TIME. He was direct & polite & let me know that although he did not have the exact vehicle at the time of our initial contact, that he was working on getting it & should have it the next day. He also said that the price that I was looking for was a little low & then he directly informed me of his bottom line price. He was superbly considerate of my time, actively demonstrating a keen attention to detail & was polite & professional. He definitely went above & beyond what is considered 'outstanding' customer service. He made a point of keeping his word & acquired the EXACT vehicle that I was looking for the next day. I went into his office to see him & due to his proactive preparation, we closed the deal in less than 55 minutes! Fifty five minutes, from in the door to out the door with the keys! Outstanding. Mr. Rossi so thoroughly demonstrated excellent customer service in every sense of the phrase, that I ended up not just buying 1 vehicle from him, but 2 vehicles instead! And after the purchase of the 2 vehicles, he has continued to demonstrate outstanding customer service with follow up calls to ensure that I am happy with the purchases, to ascertain if there are any questions about the vehicles and has been instrumental in assisting with some after purchase customization of the vehicles. I have purchased 7 other Toyotas from 6 different Toyota dealerships, 1 of the purchases was from Cabe Toyota 10 years ago. Now, due to the service of Mr. Rossi at Cabe Toyota, I do not plan on going anywhere else for my automotive needs. More
