The reason I chose Cabe Toyota was because they were the only agency that would deal with me entirely online. Seven others said that they could not negotiate without telephone contact. I run a business and cannot take phone calls during the day, making this an unrealistic request for me. I simply wanted price quotes and the car information, and wanted everything in writing before I went in. Lu Lu answered every question I had over e-mail, even specific lease numbers and costs. When I arrived I was greeted graciously by the staff and with no wait began the process. All the information that was given over the net matched the lease papers, which were all ready to go. Everything was smooth and quick, couldn't get any better. I was more than pleased, and I highly recommend Cabe Toyota. More

They were very friendly, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. I can't say enough of how positive and responsive the team I worked with. From the e-mail responses, face-to-face interaction, pricing, finance, and final delivery. I was impressed with the no haggle, no pressure throughout the entire process. They worked very hard to accommodate me in searching for the Sienna I wanted and gave me pricing on the various models I was looking at. I even asked them to put two models side-by-side on the lot to figure out which model I wanted. Credit to everyone on the team Sheri, Jay, John B, Dan D, Eddie!!! I actually purchased a Scion from another dealer close to Cabe around 10 months ago. The sales experience was good (not as good as Cabe) and finance at the other dealership was terrible and a very bad experience. The Finance Mgr was very insulting, pushy, and rude. Cabe was the total opposite! Can't say enough about Cabe Toyota, just go there and you will see how smooth and great the car buying experience can be!!! More

It was especially pleasant for us because my wife and I drove almost 200 miles to buy this car—that's how good the price was. The dealer venue was nice and easy to get to. It was not very big like the previous ones I had visit, but it had enough vehicles in a variety. Parking was limited on the streets and I did not see any signs for customer parking so I automatically assumed that it would have been okay to park in front of the parts/accessories building (which turned out fine). My interest was in a Tacoma and boy did they have plenty! Went inside the main building and was greeted by Ron, who is a fellow veteran. Friendly, polite and kept his professionalism while communicating with me and showing me the Tacomas they had in stock. With some small talk here and there, I felt that Ron was genuine about his job and maybe it was just one vet looking our for another. Nonetheless, throughout the whole "processing" time, his attitude was firm and solid. Not once did he make it seem like he was desperate for a sale and not once did he lose his bearing of professionalism. After all was said and agreed upon, he continued to keep me abreast on information while the truck was being prepared. The additional parts and accessories did not make it out the same day with the truck however, I will be following up sometime next week to find out the status of it. This is in addition to the stated "We'll call you for an appointment to install your accessories". Overall: easy place to find, parking is fine, comfortable size dealership means a bit more personal and legitimately more willing salesmen, variety of vehicles, and price was good. Kudos to Ron and the staff as I enjoy my new years gift while waiting for the accessories to come with it. Happy new years More

The person who Jay consulted w/ was not aggressive but willing to negotiate reasonably w/ us. The one loan officer was very efficient but thorough. Great people and place to worth with. We are very happy with their service. This also goes for their service department. We have never had people who treat us w/ courtesy and kindness. Good job Cabe. Keep it up. More

Oni (internet sales rep.) continued to call me and follow-up on my interest in buying a 4runner, even though I was either too busy or just plain lazy to reply back. Furthermore, Charlie, the sales person that helped us was very friendly and never overbearing. I got a pretty good deal on my vehicle but honesty, I wouldnt mind paying a little for to them because they are a very small family oriented business. The people i talked to were nice and friendly. There are others that were too busy to greet us but they were busy with other customers. More
