I purchased a 2015 pre owned Jeep Wrangler. After having I purchased a 2015 pre owned Jeep Wrangler. After having the vehicle for two weeks I noticed a substantial leak from both the drivers and passengers I purchased a 2015 pre owned Jeep Wrangler. After having the vehicle for two weeks I noticed a substantial leak from both the drivers and passengers doors. Contacted the dealership and was advised there’s no 30 day comprehensive warranty. They literally referred me to a YouTube video to fix it myself. In other words not our problem and fix it yourself was my perception. I pushed the issue with management and was told to bring the vehicle in. I did just that, they preformed a leak test, believed they fixed the leaks and returned my vehicle. When I got my vehicle back I noticed the floors were still wet, I was put off by that as it appeared they didn’t even bother to dry them. I cleaned and dried the floors myself. A few days later it rained and my vehicle was wet again and still leaking. Contacted management and was told to bring the vehicle back in. This time they replaced the seals on the doors. Once the repairs were done I went to pick up my Jeep. Lo and behold before I even pulled out of the parking lot I noticed the floors were again wet and my car smelled moldy. They had my car for 5 days and didn’t even bother to dry the floors AGAIN. Keep in mind this was rainwater that sat for 5 days I assume. Not only this time was I returned a wet vehicle but I got the added bonus of a wet smelly musty vehicle. I did let management know of the issue and in fairness to her she did say she owned me a wash and provided me a product to help with the smell. I just find it hard to believe that a dealership would think it’s okay to 1. Sell someone a car with a leak 2. Basically refer the customer to fix it herself 3. Only fix it when the customer pushed the issue 4. Decide to attempt to fix it but return it with wet dirty floors on the first appointment. 5. Return it again after it wasn’t fixed the first time with wet dirty floors again! I do appreciate that they replaced the seals and I am hoping it’s fixed this time! More
