While I was waiting for Gus to finish up our transaction I met a few of the VW employees who were so friendly and I felt as though I was part of their family right away. I have never experienced a more smooth or pleasant transaction when it comes to purchasing a vehicle than the Volkswagen Family right here in Staunton, Virginia!
