I bought my new outback in 2019 salesperson was really great. I have been taking in for scheduled maintenance last taken in September 2022 they busted my radiator did not tell me replaced it. Getting in car to go home no a/c told me it worked when they had it. It was in the off position. When I talked with the service manager she informed me they replaced everything since under warranty. What? Also I was fully charged for my simple maintenance that ended in a nightmare . She was extremely rude and condescending when I talked with her on the phone. I refuse to go back have switched to another dealership and will not ever buy from here again! Also I found the other dealership was a lot cheaper! It’s very disheartening regarding some humans non caring only want the money. I deal with a lot of people, I tell whoever I can avoid this place like the plague. More
Broke down and back on the road quickly We live in NJ and my wife was visiting family in Virginia when she came out of a restaurant at night and the 2017 Outback was dead. The next morning they got the car right in without an appointment. She was back on the road by 10.30 that morning. This was excellent service and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this dealership for service and I am sure their sales department is excellent as well. Thank you to everyone at Valley Subaru. Dan Cohen More

I would never buy another subaru. I bought a 2016 Subaru forester top of the line model with eyesight technology. The eyesight has never worked properly. It has been reprogrammed three I bought a 2016 Subaru forester top of the line model with eyesight technology. The eyesight has never worked properly. It has been reprogrammed three times. It tells me there may be ice on the road on sunny days above freezing. It's sensors see things on the road that are not there and applies the brakes. It senses tree branches ten feet above the roof and applies the brakes. The eyesight goes out in rain and direct sunlight. I also have had problems with a rattle in the dash which can never be found. I reported it two times before my warranty expired. I wanted them to take the dash off to find it. They refused. Now that it is not under warranty they want me to pay the labor to remove the dash. I have an extended warranty but that will not cover it. I contacted Subaru customer service. It took fifteen minutes on hold to speak to someone. The woman was not helpful or friendly. Subaru refused to authorize removing the dash. I've got nothing but a run around and my vehicle still has a rattle and eyesight technology that doesn't work properly. I would never buy another Subaru. More

Carmen, in the service department, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. She was absolutely wonderful. They are solid team of employees and I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this great group of people. More

Service manager rude and unhelpful I bought a 2009 subaru outback from them used so no warranty. Called the service manager to ask if this was something they had experienced before and was told it could be several problems but refused to ask a technician for any advice or let me talk to one. All he wanted was for me to bring the car in for them to work on. I thought since I paid $16000 for the car a little advice wasn't to much to ask for.
