Great, painless experience. I used the Consumer Reports Build & Buy online. Even though there were other dealerships closer to me in Kingsport, TN, only Valley Subaru responded I used the Consumer Reports Build & Buy online. Even though there were other dealerships closer to me in Kingsport, TN, only Valley Subaru responded with a quote. So I drove the 3 1/2 hours to Staunton, VA. Before I left Kingsport I looked up the KBB value of my trade-in and decided it was worth $8000. There I met Jessie Pletcher, the young lady who first called me and Coroluce d'Orvillier. Coroluce took me for a test drive while others looked over my Civic. When we returned, they had already written their offer for $8000 without any discussion or haggling. Coroluce and I easily agreed on terms based on the price they had previously given me and they held the car with a small earnest check until I could close on a house. I called back later to add some accessories which were installed when I arrived to pick up the car, and at prices that were no more than the retail value I had researched. Overall it was a completely stress-free, even pleasant experience. Yes I would whole-heartedly recommend this dealership. More

They fill in for each other when one is busy so there is no wait time for the customer i.e. Christian was busy assisting another customer when we arrived to pick up our car and Patrick immediately took over and spent an hour going over all the features and explaining in detail how to use. When we arrived we were introduced to Bill Yetzer and felt like we I reconnected with an old friend. He was very thorough, easy to talk to and HEARD what we were looking for. He made our experience very pleasant. So much so, we are bringing our vehicle to be serviced at Valley Subaru. That is over a two hour drive for us.
