We were not looking forward to the experience but the folks at Valley Subaru made the process simple, quick and easy. Their selection and explanation of the difference in the options available helped us to feel comfortable in making a decision and their process made it quick and painless. Great service and great teamwork at Valley Subaru I recently purchased a new Outback Premium at Valley Subaru. I was referred there by two different online purchase groups...Consumer Reports and Cost I recently purchased a new Outback Premium at Valley Subaru. I was referred there by two different online purchase groups...Consumer Reports and Costco. My first interaction was with their online sales rep, Jessi Pletcher. After she emailed me quotes for three vehicles, I decided to come in and try them. She referred me to Frank Smith. He helped me with my test drive, explained many of the features to me, and helped me come up with the configuration I wanted. After choosing my vehicle, I was able to complete paperwork on the purchase, but decided I wanted to return the next day to pick it up. Frank was off that day and so Patrick, another salesman, took over when I arrived (pre-arranged). He was extremely thorough in his overview of all the features on the car, and I left feeling very well "trained". I felt the teamwork the employees displayed was remarkable. I know they work on commission and for them to work together shows a great commitment to customer service. This is the best car-buying experience I have ever had! Thanks very much!...and I LOVE my wonderful Outback! More

We usually aren't comfortable with sales associates riding along while we test drive vehicles but Patrick was a pleasure to have along. Valley Subaru gave me the best price and the best trade-in deal. The sales personnel, including Jessica (online) and Patrick (at the dealership) were friendly, courteous, easy to talk with, and very knowledgeable. Although the exact model I wanted was not on the lot, Charles somehow pulled some strings and had it delivered quickly to the dealership. When I went to pick it up, Patrick took a lot of time to explain all the buttons/features on my new car; he even set up the Bluetooth option with my phone for me. Great service! I love my new Subaru!
