Really Good New Car Experience Patrick Hecht took the time to help us with our new car hunt. Since we were just starting to look, he showed us several options (even on a Sunday afternoon!), the Forester, the Legacy and the Crosstrek. He followed up with us and was able to answer all questions that we had. The following week we made the decision ion to buy the Forester and to buy from Valley Subaru. In a short time we were able to make a deal, trade-in our old car, finance the balance and drive off on our new car. Patrick was friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. In addition, everyone that we spoke to or dealt with at Valley Subaru were polite and made us feel like we were important to them.
