Great, friendly service. Helped me find the perfect car. I had never purchased a new vehicle, so I was a bit worried going into my car search... Working with Mike Cole was a great experience. I was able to go in and look at options and was originally looking to lease a new car... Due to my less-than-perfect credit, the monthly payment that could be financed for the car I was originally looking for was a bit too high for me to comfortably pay... After seeing the price, I had thought I would basically have to give up the hope of getting a new car... Luckily, soon thereafter Mike contacted me after looking around the dealership and had found a 1-year-old model with only 2,000 miles on it. We were able to work together to find a financing deal to purchase the vehicle that was in my price range... I've only had the vehicle for a couple of weeks, but am already in love with it and look forward to having years of trouble-free driving ahead of me... Even when I stopped by to test drive a car that I didn't buy, I got the same level of service. Frank handled all aspects of the sales process up until Financing so I didn't feel shuffled around. Once I got to Finance, it was a quick process to sign the paperwork. They offered several add-on's, and I agreed to one, but once I said no to something, they just moved on and didn't hassle me about my decisions.I didn't have a trade-in on this deal, but I did on the last one, and I feel like they treated me fairly. Prices are not reduced very much for this brand, but I knew that already. Even so, there was a little room and I feel like I came away with a fair deal. More

He aided me in making MY OWN decisions with the many choices available and totally devoid of any "sales pressure" whatsoever. The rest of the staff that I dealt with also impressed me as to their professionalism and thoroughness in making sure that I understood every detail of the transaction, the benefits and my responsibilities as well. I do appreciate the honesty that I experienced at Valley Subaru. I will indeed return for another vehicle there in time, but with the quality of vehicle that I purchased, I believe it may well be quite a while. Thanks for the experience. More
