Given the distance, we called ahead and spoke with Jessi Pletcher, who was very helpful and made a great first impression. Frank Smith assisted us with our numerous test drives, and as we worked through our decision, he was both patient and thorough in going through all of the various options and the individual features of each vehicle. Once we finally decided on an Outback, we were then pleasantly surprised to find out just how competitive they were on their pricing, making the final buy decision easy. Both Frank and Jessi helped us complete the paperwork as efficiently as possible. We especially appreciated that they stayed late and made sure we were absolutely happy with everything before we began heading home – thank you!
