Another Awesome Purchase from Valley Subaru On November 19th we brought our 2013 Subaru Outback Limited in for its oil change and low and behold we left with a 2017 Subaru Outback Limited! This On November 19th we brought our 2013 Subaru Outback Limited in for its oil change and low and behold we left with a 2017 Subaru Outback Limited! This is our 3rd Subaru from our friends at Valley Subaru and we could not be happier with the purchase or the experience. Did we feel pressured to buy a new car yesterday? Absolutely not! Our long-term salesperson, Patrick Hecht, was kind enough to answer some general questions about different styles of Subaru vehicles and one thing lead to another and out the door we went with another awesome Subaru product. The entire experience at Valley Subaru was positive. The entire staff from sales to service are always pleasant and willing to help in any way possible. There are Subaru dealers closer to our home but we would never use them based on previous interactions. Valley Subaru and especially Patrick have our business for the foreseeable future.
