The original visit was for service of my 2007 Forester - which I ended up trading in for a new CrossTrek. Being an 81 year old widow and buying a car is not something dreams are made of - but Keith Garner and the crew made it a very pleasant experience. Jesse made the USAA buyers service an easy process and gave me a few minutes of requested time alone with my daughter to decide regarding add-ons. I look forward to our continuing relationship. More
