I was immediately greeted by Chris Stein, whose desk is just inside the front door, likely because he's a good representation for the dealership. I knew what I was looking for and Chris listened to my needs and wants, compared my other target vehicles, and we set out on a test drive. Chris has a "down to earth" approach and grasps a feel for his customer. The process was what making a large purchase should be. From service personnel to manager, everyone was smiling and willing to make my experience pleasurable. I am quite confident any and all follow up visits with Valley will be just as comfortable as my initial purchase visit. Buying a vehicle is stressful and a big decision.
