Once we left the showroom, he answered all phone and email inquiries promptly. He encouraged us to contact him whenever a question arose. We appreciated his attention to detail and that there was no sense of pressure to purchase involved. We also dealt with his boss, Charles and the finance representative, Helen. Both were personable and professional. We have been very satisfied with the service received and look forward to upcoming maintainance visits to the dealership.
