Everyone we dealt with was friendly and exceedingly helpful. Even though we used up a lot of everyone's time, no one ever made us feel rushed (we were at the dealership from about 12:45 pm. to 8:45 p.m.!). We highly recommend Valley Subaru. Never did we experience any sort of high-pressure sales tactics. Plus, every single person we dealt with (Stacey, Helen, Brian, Kaleb, and Matt) is an individual I'd be comfortable inviting to dinner. More

Patience and Listening My wife and I were treated extremely well as we made our car decision. Frank listened to our list of "must-haves" and kept our personal wants in mind.
