I am from North Carolina, so it took some communication via email with Bryan to make sure everything would be ready once I arrived and he was great at responding to my 30+ emails. Once I got there, Mike was very helpful explaining everything in regards to the Crosstrek and Helen was awesome with the out-of-state details.
