They drove to meet us close to home and work so that we could test drive the vehicle. They secured our vehicle from another dealership in a timely manner and just as promised. There were no surprises when we went to pick up the vehicle and they were incredibly nice. I would highly recommend this dealership. More

less than truthful to get you into the dealership I called the dealership last Friday inquired about a specific vehicle and after talking with the salesperson scheduled an appointment for the next day I called the dealership last Friday inquired about a specific vehicle and after talking with the salesperson scheduled an appointment for the next day. I specifically asked the question: Is there flexibility on the asking price and was told "Yes, we want to sell you the vehicle so yes we can be flexible on the price". My wife and I drove 2 hours from Richmond to the dealership for the scheduled appointment (arrived on time, as agreed) and test drove the vehicle. I brought a tire tread gauge with me. Tires were less than 5/32 (yet, I was advised on the phone the tires had 5/32 tread) so I asked for a 5 percent reduction in price of about $1300, since all 4 tires on the AWD would need to be replaced soon. Salesperson refused and would only reduce the price by $200. I told him he should not have told me there was flexibility in the price if he was only going to consider a $200 price reduction. $200 IS NOT FLEXIBILITY on a car with an asking price of almost $27,000 ! I passed on the purchase and wasted another two hours driving back to Richmond. In short, less than truthful on the phone to get you into the dealership. More

New CrossTrek Owners We had a great "shopping" experience with Frank. He knows a lot about Subaru. However, when it came time to complete the purchase Maher was determined We had a great "shopping" experience with Frank. He knows a lot about Subaru. However, when it came time to complete the purchase Maher was determined not to take "no" for an answer when it came to extended warranty. If I had it to do over, I would have walked out and not completed the purchase. He was so distracted with finding a way to convince us, "buying down interest rate, reducing price of warranty" that he failed to apply our down payment. Not once has he admitted his mistake nor apologized. We had to return to dealership to sign a new contract and we did not get a copy of this new contract. I am just waiting to see if everything is as it should be when the info comes from the bank. Frank was great, but Maher turned what should have been a positive experience very sour. And an inconvenience, too. More
