I have purchased a lot of cars and this is one of the few exceptions where the sales representative was easy to negotiate with, gave honest answers and was always friendly and polite. We purchased our 2019 from Kaleb and he was great start to finish. He never became frustrated or pushy, even though it took me three months to make up my mind on our purchase lol. Another noteworthy experience was the actual sale, the contract did not have any hidden fees, or charges added in the price. All you pay is taxes, dmv, and processing (which is lower than average.) I wholeheartedly recommend Valley, they have the best prices, best business model and best staff. I definitely will buy a car from them again when the time comes! More

Exceeded my expectations of a car dealership I have purchased many cars both used and some new from numerous car dealerships. Broke down and back on the road quickly We live in NJ and my wife was visiting family in Virginia when she came out of a restaurant at night and the 2017 Outback was dead. The next morning they got the car right in without an appointment. She was back on the road by 10.30 that morning. This was excellent service and greatly appreciated. Awesome Experience Kaleb gave us the deal that we are looking for, that is why we were able to buy our dream car. He even drove us to our bank to process our payments! He is really dedicated and his customer service skills are superb. Maher, the financial officer was also very helpful in facilitating the process for our auto loan financing. We thought that we'll get the car the next day, but surprisingly we got it in a few hours after we arrive to fill out some paperwork! Which is amazing! Josh was also very helpful to us. We commend Kaleb, Maher and Josh and the whole Subaru team for the awesome car buying experience that we had. More
