Best experience to date In my lifetime, I've bought about 12 cars and two motorcycles. None of those experiences top working with Frank. Five years ago I bought a Forester In my lifetime, I've bought about 12 cars and two motorcycles. None of those experiences top working with Frank. Five years ago I bought a Forester from Valley and the sales person was average at best (no longer there). I noticed Frank working with customers and realized they all seemed happy. I remembered that when buying a car 3 years ago and worked with Frank then only to land on a used car on Craig's List. Frank was gracious then which caused me to seek him out a few weeks back for what we knew would be an Outback purchase. All went extremely smoothly from working with Frank, to negotiating with the sales manager (it was nice to work directly with he and Frank vs. the traditional ping-pong of the salesman between the customer and sales manager), through the pick up with Frank and paperwork with Maher. All were professional and respectful. Would highly recommend Valley after that experience. More

Best car buying experience ever! I purchased both of mine from Frank and he sold three of my friends Subarus. Everyone there is so nice and friendly and go out of their way to help you, service department included. So misleading and disappointing I have a credit issue and did some research on how to improve it. It led to me being contacted by this dealership. To summarize; after listening to ve I have a credit issue and did some research on how to improve it. It led to me being contacted by this dealership. To summarize; after listening to very encouraging news for 3 hours, they offered me a deal that the over all price of the car was inflated over 400%, would not budge on the 72 month term. I consider this dealership to be predators. If that wasn't enough, they continued to repeatedly submit my credit information to financial institutions for the next 3 months. I was force to join a credit monitoring service and I am still working on it getting it resolved. Not only would i not recommend them, i am educating myself on my rights and legal action against them. Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had while simply trying to purchase a vehicle. Just a note, I purchased a beautiful Altima with low mileage and loaded, from a different local dealer, by the end of the same day. They managed to even reduce my payments and terms, with a second chance package, and I ended up with a vehicle well beyond my expectations. I highly recommend that anyone try any of the many other dealerships in the area before offering any personal information to this place. More

Honest and quick to give a good deal! I worked with Kaleb. He was willing to give me a quote that was the most competitive after I had checked with 15 different dealers in a 100 mile radiu I worked with Kaleb. He was willing to give me a quote that was the most competitive after I had checked with 15 different dealers in a 100 mile radius of where I live. After bargaining with a dealer closer to home, that deal fell through because they couldn't locate the car I wanted. But Kaleb came back with a lower bid and the exact car I wanted. He made it an easy decision for me to buy my car at Valley Subaru! More
