We also appreciate the experience of the service department. We’ve only had two issues with our Outbacks over the past ten years. The service department was committed to repairs and regular service to keep the cars performing to the quality of the reputation. Frank Smith gave us all the details and took us on a test drive. His knowledge and experience helped us arrive at the decision of what features we wanted. Then Bryan Sites was helpful in working with us to close and finalize the deal. There may have been others involved as well in locating the car we wanted and bringing it to Valley Subaru so we could buy it there. I could go else and I have performed my due diligence by looking at other dealerships but always come back to this one. What is different here? A fair trade-in and a better purchase offer with honest information. Frank Smith spent a significant amount of time with my husband and I.
