Frank Smith gave us all the details and took us on a test drive. His knowledge and experience helped us arrive at the decision of what features we wanted. Then Bryan Sites was helpful in working with us to close and finalize the deal. There may have been others involved as well in locating the car we wanted and bringing it to Valley Subaru so we could buy it there. A fair trade-in and a better purchase offer with honest information. Frank Smith spent a significant amount of time with my husband and I. Very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, let us drive multiple vehicles and take our time. They were very thorough and gave us information we didn't think to ask about, but also were considerate of our time when we needed to wrap things up quickly at the end. Oh, and we got a great deal! I would definitely go to Valley Subaru (and Greg) again and recommend them to friends. More
