I just got my second Subaru (2024 Outback Limited) from CMA Valley Subaru and can honestly say it was the easiest purchase and transition I have ever experienced with ANY dealer. During the entire process Gary Eavey, the sales associate I was dealing with, displayed professionalism, knowledge of product, and above all patience as I explored the different scenarios surrounding the deal; i.e. lease, buy, trade. This dealership is a little over 100 miles from where I live and I have a Subaru dealer much closer, however it is because of the people at CMA Valley Subaru, especially Gary Eavey, that I will return for my next Subaru. I bought a new WRX at this dealership in 2021 and have had absolutely dreadful experiences ever since. First and foremost, they advertise services like tire rotation, but they don't actually perform them. I brought my car in for a routine service and specifically requested a tire rotation. To my dismay, when I inspected my vehicle after leaving the dealership, it was evident that the tires had not been rotated. This has happened on two separate occasions. This level of negligence is inexcusable. To make matters worse, when I went in to get a tire patched I noticed that my rim was scratched after the service. It's evident that the dealership's employees lack the necessary care and attention to detail when handling customers' vehicles. They clearly have no respect for your property. Moreover, the customer service was abysmal. When I approached the staff to address these issues, they were dismissive, unapologetic and even accused me of saying their employees couldn’t do anything right because they were “gay.” When I asked for the phone recordings where I was accused of saying such things, they couldn’t provide them. I was later contacted by the GM who informed me that the recordings were reviewed and I had been mixed up with another customer. When I notified them of my scratched rim they assured me it would be resolved. After a lengthy process, I finally got my car back and soon realized that their resolve to this issue was to buff off the gloss finish of the rim entirely. Based off of my experience I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reputable dealership to steer clear of this place. They have not delivered on their promises, and their lack of professionalism and care for customers' vehicles is simply unacceptable. There are plenty of other reputable dealerships in the area that value their customers and take pride in their work, so do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs. Your car and your peace of mind deserve better. More

They didn't "reply all" when requested. They avoided certain requests or missed them altogether. I wouldn't write a review except that, before actually driving away, their "business manager" could not stop pitching me products I told him over and over again that I didn't want. I had to get his sales manager to get him to stop and let us drive away. In no way does the title business manager fit. All he was doing was selling insurance. Not his fault really, but a problem with the dealership policies. Maybe all car dealerships do this. More

When I picked up the car, he made sure it was registered in the MySubaru app. Then, he scheduled an appointment with the IT representative to review questions related to the 2023 Outback’s technology.
