Service to my 2006 Titan truck I took my truck in cause it was hesitating and skipping when accelerating. They did diagnostics and told me I needed to have all four catalytic conver I took my truck in cause it was hesitating and skipping when accelerating. They did diagnostics and told me I needed to have all four catalytic converters replaced. They quoted me over 5,000 dollars- 1,000 a piece for the converters and 11 hours labor. UNREAL!!! I took it to a muffler shop with a 20+ years certified mechanic and to a repair shop with highly recommended ASEA certified mechanics, and both told me there's nothing wrong with the back converters and they quoted less than half for the repairs. The repair shop also said they'd install the converters if I wanted to purchase them myself to save money-I chose to have them do it, stand-up guys awesome!!! Can't understand why Nissan needs to charge 5 times the price for they're parts. And on follow up call from Nissan service manager, was told if mechanic finished in under the quoted hours- I'd still be charged the quoted hours & the mechanic would move on to another vehicle (charging labor to that job). Which means they're paid twice for the same hours, doesn't sound fair or legal to me. How can they do business this way. I like my Titan, tows our camper great- but will think twice about buying another Nissan. Don't feel like I can trust them to deal honestly with me, too bad. Don't like to be talked down to by someone I'm bringing my business to. With the current climate of the auto industry, you'd think they'd try to conduct service with as much honesty and integrity possible. More

It's nice to know that they care enough at Valley Nissan to make sure all safety maintenance procedures are kept on record and up to date. Uptown arrival Eric, the sales manager, welcomed me with a smile and kind words. You are always in good hands with Eric. He makes sure all coupons and available discounts are applied to your bill. Rich will do so also if reminded. Note: if you are scheduling a recall make sure they have the part before you arrive! They didn't call to tell me the part was not ordered before my scheduled appointment. One minor inconvenience which can easily be fixed in the future. More
They came to my rescue! It was 8PM, and I still saw lights on, they were supposed to be closed at 7pm. I was a little overdue on my oil change, with no appointment and I knew this would be my final trip to be able to see her. After my 12 hour shift the next day I was leaving before daybreak, my brother had told me that I needed to come quickly. I didn't know what to do, the service center was closed. Ben St. Ours completely surprised me, he said they would give me a loaner, I could leave my car overnight and come pick it up tomorrow evening. I was overjoyed! Spencer Back took his time to do the paper work in a friendly and unhurried way even though he wasn't going to make any commission. My stress was gone, I felt relieved. I didn't have to lose any more time from work! Smiles all around they sent me home in a free vehicle. The next day I came back just at closing time ( due to my shift) finding my car ready for me. Again Spencer took care of me even though he was staying over a little bit past closing time. Everyone was very friendly. Afterwards I was out in the parking lot getting to leave Spencer Back comes running out to catch me, my travel money had fallen out of my pocket unbeknownst to me. He returned it! These folks go out of their way to help you and meet your needs. Their attitude is wonderful and I highly recommend this dealership. More

"The Service Dept. will Rob You – Buyer Beware!" We dropped our car off for a simple state inspection and engine oil change. I went so far to make a formal complaint to the Dealer, they said they would look into the issue and get back to me. Well, 2 weeks later and I still haven’t receive a phone call. If you read other comments made by consumers, what happened to me seems to be this Dealers MO. Take my advice, don’t take your car here for service!!! How they can have any rating other than a single star is beyond me. More

I have this bed experienced at Harrisonburg Nissan service . It is why I avoid them , and went to Staunton Nissan to see if this "robbery" will be here also. But to my surprise this Staunton Nissan service department did not charge me or "rob' me , but honestly fixed a broken LF shock assembly free of charge. Thanks ! Now I do know that it is a honest people. More
