Stopped in for an oil change left buying a new car Stopped in to have scheduled oil change on our Nissan Sentra and decided to just look around while we waited. Tabatha greeted us on the sales floor to see if she could help us with anything. We decided to see about trading our Sentra in for an AWD. Tabatha found us a couple options to choice from and we decided on a 2019 Nissan Rouge Special Addition. The whole experience was wonderful. There was no pressure to buy or pushy salespeople like at some other places. Options were given, test drives were made, then the opportunity to go home and discuss. Even followed up to see if we had any questions or if any help could be offered. If ever there was a place to feel at home...Valley Nissan of Staunton is that place. From management to salespeople to service workers they all are so welcoming and just down right easy to get along with. I would recommend Valley Nissan to anybody who asks for a good place to buy a car. They go out of their way to help in anyway they can to get you in the vehicle of your dreams. Have purchased 2 vehicles from Valley Nissan and when the time comes for another vehicle I know where I'll be going. VALLEY NISSAN OF STAUNTON ?? More

Staff was eceptionally courteous in getting my wife a cup of coffee even though the Kerrigan was out of order. Over and above personal service as well as professional, exceptionally competent service. Looking forward to many years of a relationship with Valley and CMA. Young woman in service was superb but I do not remember her name. More

Service Maintenance and Repair I had a scheduled maintenance appointment. During my trip from Lexington to Staunton, my car began to malfunction. The staff was amazing. They analyze I had a scheduled maintenance appointment. During my trip from Lexington to Staunton, my car began to malfunction. The staff was amazing. They analyzed the problem and found a major problem requiring the need to keep my car 2-3 days. A rental car was immediately provided for my use during this time. My car was reconditioned and looked amazing when I picked it up yesterday!! It is without reservation that I would highly recommend Valley Nissan! You all rock!! More

State inspection Had an appointment at 1:00 PM for a state inspection. Car was taken back to shop at 1:10. Car was finished and parked out front of shop at 1: 25. I wa Had an appointment at 1:00 PM for a state inspection. Car was taken back to shop at 1:10. Car was finished and parked out front of shop at 1: 25. I waited for the man in service shop to notify me until 2:45. I finally went out to the desk to see what was going on, the he said my car was ready. How long would I have waited for it if I hadn't gone to see about it. Last year I took my car there for inspection and was there well over an hour. I didn't keep an eye on the car then like I did this time. I know they are busy, but my time is valuable too and I don't like to be jerked around. More

Learned What was wrong by Nick Wright, service advisor, explained what they had found, advised how they would solve the problem, advised of cost and work was done in a short period of time. Good experience at this dealer. More
