Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. More
I leased a new Honda CR-V vehicle at CMA valley honda in early 2023, upon reviewing the vehicle there were scratches all over the dashboard screen where the speedometer and such are, within 2 weeks of havin early 2023, upon reviewing the vehicle there were scratches all over the dashboard screen where the speedometer and such are, within 2 weeks of having this awful defective poorly built honda cr-v new vehicle, the brakes started squeaking intermittently, I noticed the hatchback was built at an angle, so it doesn't shut correctly at times, there's a hole in the floor board on the driver side, as i keep noticing and witnessing computer glitches and problems, such at the vehicle telling me to brake when no one is around, at one point the vehicle pulled me onto on coming traffic, there are lots of technical and manufacturing problems with this awful defective vehicle, for the last 9 months I've reached out to American honda motors and CMA valley hondas owner Liza Myers Borches and the GM Ben xx. Ours, to return this distinguishing awfully made vehicle, and they continue to lie to me, ignore me, ghost me, and not accommodate me whatsoever in returning this vehicle and getting one that doesn't have problems as a brand new vehicle, I continue to reach out to American honda Motors, and they won't help other than documenting this, so this compliant is not only for CMA vally honda, but also with American honda motors, Everyone at CMV valley honda dealership have been completely unprofessional and lied to me day one, no one will return my messages and accommodate me at all, especially being a honda customer for over a decade, these companies require further investigation of there operations and conduct, the GM Ben continues to lie to me, be completely unprofessional and continues to ignore and ghost me, I'm not asking for much just to replace this awful vehicle with another one that is not problematic with no additional monies from me, I'm requesting that both companies be reported for such awful conduct and have a full investigation, ultimately CMA Valley Honda needs to terminate their GM Ben xx. Ours and the owner needs to be sued and this dealership be shut down immediately. More

This was my second Honda purchase from Valley Honda. My salesman, Brett West, did an outstanding job in helping me figure out which CRV I should choose, and gave me a fair price as well. The most important qualities were low price for great value, in an honest forthright manner. Did not waste my valuable time. I will recommend to others. In this time of pandemic that is spread very easily in enclosed spaces through the air, I believe it’s important that employees should wear masks at all times in order to protect not only want another but any customers that may come in since the virus remains in the air for up to three hours. Brett West and the other members of the sales and service team went over and above to work with me during my sales experience. Brett spent many hours helping me pick out the proper model and features for my team went over and above to work with me during my sales experience. Brett spent many hours helping me pick out the proper model and features for my CRV; and worked with others on his team to get answers to questions when he was not sure. He even let me take a vehicle home overnight for a test drive. I am looking forward to enjoying my new CRV! More

I stopped in to Valley Honda to see what the issue was, and they told me it would be $1700 to fix, so I ended up buying a low-mileage used 2019 Honda Fit to get me home. I certainly wasn't planning on buying a new car that day and therefore hadn't done any of the homework I would have done in preparation, so I went into the negotiation in a much weaker position. Brett West was knowledgeable and friendly. I spent at least 4 hours there, and I found him easygoing and pleasant to spend time with. He gave me time to think and consider my options. Since I wasn't planning on this purchase, I didn't have my checkbook with me. They charged most of the down payment, and then asked me to send a check for the rest. I appreciated the flexibility and trust. In regard to the pandemic, I felt that they were taking appropriate precautions. I'm happy with my purchase and the overall experience. More
