Hello, On Saturday June 29th, John from CMA's Valley Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost Honda Service was amazing. On a vacation trip up north, my wife had a problem with her Mazda CX-5 (Self-inflicted, the car is great). We live almost 5 hours away from that area. We had to get the car towed to the dealership. It was late in the afternoon and the typical time to fix the issue would be several hours, maybe days as per Mazda. I didn’t think it would be fixed that day, so I went ahead and made reservations for a hotel for my wife, daughter and puppy. I’m losing my mind because I couldn’t do anything from home. John offered to take my family and their luggage to the hotel if they couldn’t get it fixed. The service team gave my family something to eat, they made my family feel safe and in good hands. Obviously, the car was not on John’s schedule that day. Somehow, John was able to put 3 guys on it and get it running in about 2 hours!!! Another Mazda dealership told me it could take days to fix the problem. You have no idea how my heart felt when I got the call that the car was fixed. My family didn’t have to stay at a hotel! It was the end of the day on a Saturday, John and his team didn’t have to go out of their way for them. I can’t put it into words, how grateful I am to John and his team. Staunton, VA is lucky to how a dealership that will go above and beyond for people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. More

Great Total Care We bought our 2019 Pilot at Valley Honda in late 2019 and have over 24,000 miles on it. Oil changes and tire rotations are done every 5000-8000 miles We bought our 2019 Pilot at Valley Honda in late 2019 and have over 24,000 miles on it. Oil changes and tire rotations are done every 5000-8000 miles at Valley Honda. In and out in less than an hour and a full check is done on the car every time. This last time I was in for a 4 wheel realignment (tires were feathering and the toe-in needed adjustment), and a battery check indicated the battery needed replacement -- it was brought to my attention by our Service Advisor, Nate Fullan, and he said it is fully covered under the warranty (would have been $200+), and they immediately replaced it and I was on my way. Nate also used a $15 discount coupon (which was unknown to me) for the realignment. Very pleased with the service and subsequent follow-up by at least two of the staff every time. More

I brought my Honda in late in the afternoon on Saturday thinking I would take a chance getting my oil changed and an inspection sticker that was over due. I thought it was worth a try. I fully expected that I would have to make an appointment for a later date. I was so happy when I walked in and found that it would be done and it was no problem. Jenna took info and directed me to the coffee. LOL I did not have a long wait at all. To wind this up when I left Jenna went with me to my vehicle and show me some tricks I never new about my Honda. You all can give her a rise anytime LOL,LOL Thanks so much for your service More
