For me, I was dreading the sales pressure, the negotiation p I've just had the pleasure of purchasing a new Accord from Valley Honda in Staunton, VA. For me, I was dreading the sales pressure, the negotiation process and the added pressure to buy extended warranties. I never cared for this business approach, and avoided dealerships by buying newer used cars from private sellers over the past 40 years. But this time I knew that the 2016 car's had so many more safety features that it was "dealership visitation time." At Valley Honda I was introduced to Bryan Sites who assisted me with my purchase. He was totally professional - had a great knowledge of Honda's products; joined me in a extended road test drive; assured me that his sale force could quickly locate a specific color car with certain options from another dealer for the price I felt was very fair. Bryan was constantly in communication with me on the progress of finding this specific car. And, when it was located, it had other dealership added options but our agreed price was never compromised. Overall it was a pleasure working with Bryan and all the others sales individuals at Honda Valley that I had contact with. I've already have expressed my positive experience to friends and neighbors of mine, and hopefully, if they are in the market for a Honda product - Valley Honda is the only stop they will need to make.
