I didn't know what I was going to do. My car was totaled and I still had to get to work on Monday. Needless to say, I didn't make it. I was too busy fretting and worrying. On Tuesday, I called Ray Hatcher at Valley Honda in Staunton, Va. He was more than happy to help me. In fact, the whole Team worked hard to get me in a car as fast as they could. They took my worry and turned it into a miracle! By Wednesday night, I was driving a 2012 Honda Accord! I can't thank Ray and the Team enough for how they helped me get back on my feet so quickly. Ray and the Team put normalcy back in my life in just a couple days. Their professionalism, atentative attitude, and resolve, turned my disaster into a jaw dropping disbelief. They are amazing and I will recommend them highly to anyone that asks!!! More

My husband is finishing up medical school and I am in my second year as an elementary school teacher, with debt still being paid off from college. Our budget was tight, but we wanted a reliable car. I searched for car dealerships in the area and read reviews on Valley Honda, which convinced me to come in and check it out. I met with Kelly after work and couldn't have worked with a more friendly and upbeat person! Kelly gave me great customer service, as well as the other members at Valley Honda. They were willing to do whatever was needed to make me feel comfortable with my purchase and took care of concerns I had, especially with my husband being away. We have now had our Elantra for a month and are highly pleased with the vehicle and so thankful for it! Thank you Kelly and Valley Honda! More

This helped me make a good decision in getting the right car for my needs. The salesperson, Ken Seal, could teach a "customer service" class to all Honda employees as he made this buying decision go as smooth as possible. The sales manager, Bill, was also a big help in working out the details leading up to the sale. David in finance was very helpful in explaining everything to our satisfaction. Overall Vally Honda really impressed my wife and I and we will gladly travel the extra miles from our home in Harrisonburg when we know we will be dealing with people who treat you right. More

The Best Ken Seal and Bruce Myers are two of the best sales reps I've ever dealt with. I had searched the Internet and found the vehicle I wanted. I calle Ken Seal and Bruce Myers are two of the best sales reps I've ever dealt with. I had searched the Internet and found the vehicle I wanted. I called Ken on Monday morning (after stopping by the dealership on Sunday) and told him that I lived approx. 2 hours away and was coming in after work. They had the vehicle cleaned, full of gas, and ready for a test drive. They had also prepared as much of the paperwork as they could without me being there for purchasing the vehicle. I was driving home in my new car within a few hours. My 8 year old son said he wants to buy his first car from there. We are hoping in 10 years we can still deal with Ken. My husband said that he'd never purchased a vehicle on the internet before but was very pleased with whole experience and would definitely do it again as long as it was with this dealership. Thank you for making this one of the best customer experiences We have ever had. More
