Unlike past experiences when purchasing a vehicle, the staff at Valley continually kept me advised regarding the status of my truck from pre-build status, to the actual build date and delivery. I also received a follow-up telephone call after I had the truck for a few days asking if I was satisfied and happy with our new Ridgeline. The service department seems to follow the same philosophy in keeping the customer updated regarding vehicle status while waiting. Valley takes the 'extra step' in making a vehicle purchase a pleasurable experience. More
