We found Clement to be both knowledgeable and helpful throughout our purchase. His follow-up was excellent. The car pricing was clear and done fairly — without unnecessary gamesmanship and time-wasting haggling. Excellent Service I scheduled my first service appointment on line a month in advance for 8 a.m. With in an hour they inspected my vehicle, changed the oil and balance I scheduled my first service appointment on line a month in advance for 8 a.m. With in an hour they inspected my vehicle, changed the oil and balanced, rotated the tires. I was checking out by 9 a.m.. The waiting area was clean and they offered refreshments while I was waiting on my car. Zubin at the at the service desk was very curtise and checked me out went over everything that they did too my vehicle. Thanks Valley Honda for making my expierince a good one. I well be back. More

After a lot of research, we found that our best bet in getting a fair price and best selection and service was with Valley Honda. Clemont was our salesman and he did his very best to accommodate us, answered all of our questions, took his time and was never high pressure. It looks like this is the place to go honestly. The dealership was packed the day we were there and cars were getting set up and were going home with new owners. We got an excellent price that beat out every where else that we had shopped of inquired, a great extended warranty. I would highly recommend anyone to check out Valley Honda. We will be back! More

Purchased a Used Certified Honda t Purchased a used certified Honda that has had nothing, but mechanical issues since purchase. When speaking to general manager, his response is " OK" l Purchased a used certified Honda that has had nothing, but mechanical issues since purchase. When speaking to general manager, his response is " OK" let me transfer you to Service Manager. His resolution is to have his sales clerk handle the concern and his service manager ; rather than, take ownership going from better to great to have regard for his customers safety in a vehicle that has evident mechanical issues. I have yet, heard back form his investigation into service department with the repairs and concerns for the car, after i expressed in detail the concern for the safety of my family. I have yet, received a phone call back from the service department that stated they would return my call back. In sum, I have a 36,000 vehicle that will sit on the side of the road. General Managers response was " ok'. Lack of customer service, so far. Lack of accountability- Sales clerk was friendly and did her job , she even went to the general manager with expressions of concern; since, I was so concerned for my safety and families safety in this used certified car that even prompted the general manager to call me with no resolution or accountability to follow through to assist in problem solving or make it right by rebuying and providing an equal value car for sale that does not have mechanical issues as this one has. Otherwise- he is in denial stating " he would never sell a car with this concerns- although he states he is sorry, has no empathy or desire to correct the concern - very poor customer service skills was noted over the phone with lack of genuine care to problem solve with quick responses ;such as, " ok" "ok" . So far, my experience, if I end up walking away with used Certified Honda that I do not have to keep returning to the service department and losing pay I will return to write a better review. Until, this is the sad story of having a vehicle that is not running properly with lack of care from the general manger to accurately problem solve or initiate the problem solving process to have a satisfied customer. More
