Good and Efficient Experience I was looking to buy my first new car, specifically with great fuel economy since I do a lot of highway driving for my new job. After much research, I I was looking to buy my first new car, specifically with great fuel economy since I do a lot of highway driving for my new job. After much research, I decided on a Honda Civic with a hatchback and perused the internet to find the best deals. I ended up looking at Valley Honda, because I was recommended it by an acquaintance. They did have one of the styles I was looking for in stock and in a color I preferred. I requested a quote online through their website and received it very quickly (on a Sunday night). It was the best deal I could find for this year, model, and style and below the MSRP as well as Kelley Blue Book's fair purchase price. The next day, I went to the dealership to look at the car with my mom and to test drive it. We were quickly greeted by an employee and directed to Ken Seal, who sent me the quote online. Since it was Memorial Day and super busy, we ended up working with Clement Bruner through the whole process. He was able to find the car, let me test drive it, answer the questions I had, fill out the paperwork, and get me approved to finance the car within a relatively short and efficient amount of time. I was very impressed how quickly it took, and Clement was great and easy to work with through it all. Unfortunately, since it was a busy day, it did take a long time to get into finance to finish the deal. That would probably be the only real negative about my whole experience. I also decided to get the Commodore Coatings finish on my car, because they were offering a very discounted price for it. I was able to get that done by the end of the same week, and they provided me a loaner car during that time. Honda Valley made that process fast and efficient as well, it took me about 10 minutes or less each day to pick up the loaner car and to drop it off. Overall, I had a good experience with the dealership and the salespeople. I would definitely recommend Valley Honda to anyone I know. More

That's why I always drive 50 mins for maintenance and services from Charlottesville to Staunton. More
